The cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, a nice eat-in kitchen, a large living room, and a spacious porch with jalousie windows that the kids will fight over for "sleep outs" with their friends. It accommodates four to six comfortably.
Located just 40 miles from Boston and seven miles before the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod, the cottage is easy to get to and as close to the action as you would like without the crowds or traffic congestion.

$100 Cleaning Fee 50% due at Reservation, Balance due 1 month prior to Check-In.
$100 Security Deposit Refunded after Checkout & satisfactory inspection.
$200 Cancellation Fee. Balance of funds is refundable as long as the
cottage can be re-rented under the same terms.

Why the Owner Chose Plymouth
Great location on Cape Cod Bay with a private beach,(Priscilla Beach). Have vacationed here since childhood. Fortunate to find a private ocean front cottage near the action. Our cottage is close enough to Boston & the Hustle & Bustle of Old Cape Cod, yet set in a peaceful hide-away in Beautiful & Historic Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Dear Bob and Kathy, I enjoyed a wonderful week with my 2 sisters at your cottage.Besides the breath taking view, its location at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac made it so quiet. We had the best of both worlds- a peaceful environment and just minutes to all the action if we wanted it!

This is our fourth visit, and we love it. The view, the sound of the ocean, the smells. All the amenities, wifi, television, dvd w/suround sound, grill on beautiful patio, hammock, and secluded - it feels so private. All things you need to cook in a very nice kitchen. The owners are prompt and professional. Shopping is nearby with a car and also a lovely little fish shop near by... just great!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is was a cozy, yet roomy place to stay. The owner was always accessible and checked in on us periodically, which i really appreciated. I would recommend this rental to others. It is walking distance to the beach, close to store, yet secluded and quiet. One small negative is there was no dishwasher, which is nice in a rental used by many people, but we managed. I wouldgo back.

We just got back from our vacation at your cottage. Thank you so much for letting us rent it. It was like a little bit of Heaven, so quiet and peaceful. The pictures truely do not do this cottage justice. Every amenity needed for a quintessential Cape Cod vacation is provided; lobster pots, kayaks, coolers(big and small),beach towels,HUGE hammock, bbq grill,deck with seating......the list goes on. The views are spectacular! Lobstermen check their pots each morning and the sunrises are gorgeous. The cottage is warm and inviting with a living room that is one side glass that can open overlooking the ocean. I love that it is off the beaten path and very private but near everything. The seashell driveway and stairs give a great first impression, you just fall in love. Thanks for a great vacation!!!!!!

What a fantastic 3 weeks we spent in your cottage last summer! It was just adorable and stocked with everything we could have needed. The outdoor shower was a favorite daily ritual. And, of course, absolutely nothing could beat the view. We loved breakfast and dinner on the deck which seems surrounded by ocean. In fact, the ocean is so close that we drifted off nightly to the sound of waves lapping the coast. Unforgettable. Looking forward to being back.
