The cottage has two bedrooms, one full bath, a nice eat-in kitchen, a large living room, and a spacious porch with jalousie windows that the kids will fight over for "sleep outs" with their friends. It accommodates four to six comfortably.
Located just 40 miles from Boston and seven miles before the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod, the cottage is easy to get to and as close to the action as you would like without the crowds or traffic congestion.

Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in: 2:00 PM & Check-out: 11:00 AM.
June, July, August & September =$1485/week July 4th & Labor Day Weeks = $1585/week
50% due at Reservation, Balance due 1 month prior to Check-In.
$50 Cleaning Deposit Refunded after Checkout & satisfactory inspection.
$200 Cancellation Fee. Balance of funds is refundable as long as the
cottage can be re-rented under the same terms.

Why the Owner Chose Plymouth
Great location on Cape Cod Bay with a private beach,(Priscilla Beach). Have vacationed here since childhood. Fortunate to find a private ocean front cottage near the action. Our cottage is close enough to Boston & the Hustle & Bustle of Old Cape Cod, yet set in a peaceful hide-away in Beautiful & Historic Plymouth, Massachusetts.

We just got back from our vacation at your cottage. Thank you so much for letting us rent it. It was like a little bit of Heaven, so quiet and peaceful. We all had such a great time and the view is unbelievable, sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The beach was also beautiful, we hated to leave. Thanks once again and we hope to rent it next year.
