This tri-level home offers central air conditioning and is beautifully and fully furnished and boasts a large deck with a large jacuzzi hottub, grill and furnishings. Bedding includes three Queens, one Full, two Twins, and a Crib.
Main Level: large entry foyer, living room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen includes all amenities with informal dining area with glass door sliders onto the deck, family room/den with fireplace and glass door sliders onto the deck, half bath, laundry room, three-car garage with automatic door openers.
Lower Level: bedroom with ample closets and storage with glass door sliders that open onto a brick patio, full bath, huge den/family area that opens onto a brick patio.
Upper Level: large master bedroom with walk-in closet, roomy dressing area with sunken tub and shower, three bedrooms and another full bath, and laundry shoot.
"Windswept" sits on 3/4 acres of landscaped sloped yard next to 50 wooded acres. The home is very open, roomy and sunny. Walking distance to our private neighborhood beach ... $175. minimum cleaning fee & Security Deposit of $500. per week
50% of rental rate plus security will be forfeited for a cancellation
