  I just got home from a week at the best Jersey Shore Vacation I have ever had. I was there with my sister and her family. The accommodations we had are everything the photos show and more,clean and kept well. Artie and Claudine greet you and are there if anything is needed. 2 Great people. We ate at so many restaurants that I could not name them all. We are all pounds heavier. Great pool, spent our time there. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you

  We just returned from the Clocktower Condos for one of the best vacations we've ever had! The minute you walk into your unit, you will be completely amazed, as it is as beautiful and clean in person as it looks here online. The unit is modern, spacious and comfortably furnished and comes fully equipped with everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to shopping carts for carrying your things up from the garage to your unit. The location is perfect - a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and yet just far enough away from the properties that seem to house the rowdier, younger crowds. You'll feel like you're worlds away, which is just what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and hot tub were great and a huge bonus, as the beach can really tire you out and sometimes you just want to hang out by the pool instead. What made our stay even better was the warm and gracious welcome we received from Claudine and Artie, two of the most wonderful people you can meet. They are hands-on owners who are there, hosing down the pool area, keeping things clean and making sure you have everything you need, all the while giving you your space and privacy to enjoy your stay. They are the best! A very special thanks to Artie's partner, Richard, as well! My brother-in-law lost his wallet at the end of our stay and when it was found by someone on the property, Artie, Claudine and Richard promptly made arrangements to have it shipped back to us. A BIG THANK YOU!! We definitely plan to become regulars at the Clocktower Condos and would recommend it to anyone. You won't regret it!! Lina

  The condo was just perfect for our family vacation. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and high end. The balcony was great for coffee in the morning. The location was ideal - it's on the border of Seaside Heights (boardwalk, rides, pizza, nice beach, etc.) and Seaside Park (lovely beach, nice boardwalk on the sand for walks). My grandson especially enjoyed the $15 unlimited rides specials on Tuesday & Thursday. After mornings at the beach we used the pool and hot tub on the roof in the afternoons. It was wonderful to have that option to keep my grandson busy and happy! The owners are great people and had wine & cheese party to welcome us and tell us about the area.

  Our experience at the Clocktowers was just wonderful! My friends and I grew up living in Seaside Park. Our families are no longer there but the three of us come from Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and North Jersey every summer to rent in Seaside with our families. Last year we found a rental house on the internet and we were all set,or so we thought. When we got there it was terrible. The realtor that we were working with sent us to look at the Clocktowers. It was very short notice but Claudine and Arthur took us in and treated us like we were family! We could not beleive how beautiful the Clocktowers were. Clean, tastfully decorated, gogeous veiws! Not to metion the roof top pool and pool house. What a wonder place for families to stay while ejoying the Jersey Shore! You can walk to so many activities. You never even need to get into your car! I just can not say enough nice things about the Clocktowers or the owners. Love them both! We will definately make this the place we come to every year!

  My wife, son and I have had the good fortune to be repeat guests at the Clocktower over two consecutive week-long summer vacations in 09 and 10 and our experience has been nothing short of fabulous, with many fond memories. Credit my wife for finding this diamond on the internet after looking at many other hotel / rental alternatives. I think we may have been one of the first to rent here. We'll likely return again this summer for a three-pete. While Clocktower may look too good to be true, rest assured that everthing is true to form as advertised. The Clocktower exudes luxury and is akin to a smaller version of a Four Seasons resort. The property is new and clean and well maintained. Amenities are top shelf quality. Only 8 units makes for intimate and quiet environment and nice balance of adults and well behaved children. Great ocean and bay views. Perfect location on Seaside Park border with immediate access to the mainland bridge. Only 2 blocks to the boardwalk for food, games and rides (and an occasional Snookie sighting if that is your cup of tea, although not ours). Locally renown Klees bar/restaurant is a 2 minute walk. Dunkin Donuts for AM coffee is close-by on the Boardwalk. Quick drive to Island Beach SP to the south or the beach communities to the north. Walk or drive to the bayside for boating, fishing, crabbing, jet skiing and the like. Local grocery store moments away if you prefer cooking in instead of going out to eat. Seaside Beach badges provided by owners. Even after boogie boarding at the beach, our son loved the rooftop pool. The adjacent jacuzzi was refreshing and therapeutic. Great sun exposure on the private roof with lounge chairs for reclining. Rooftop hospitality room provided comfy sofa sectional and a perfect location for cocktails, board games, hors de hourves, or just cozying up with a good book (or Kindle). Catch spectacular western sunsets from this vantage point. Nice evening breezes and CAC is available to moderate July heat/humidity, making it quite comfortable inside. Gourmet kitchen accommodations if you choose to cook, we did on occasion. Cable TV provided to stay up to date on news / sports, and DVD player for the kids DVD movies and Wii games. Ground level gated/secure garage parking has direct and easy access to elevator/stairs. The owners are charming, gracious, personable, hospitable and available via phone or in person. Leave your worries at home and enjoy a piece of local Seaside Paradise.

  (we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit though this rental looks like it's for the 3br unit.) Very happy with our choice last summer. The condo was beautiful ~ you can trust the photos. It really is that nice and spacious. The building was quiet, with safe and secure parking, and all just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Staying at the condo: my husband, me, and our 9-month baby plus another couple. Plenty of room for all 4 adults and pack'n'play, toys, etc. We forgot our baby's pool toys, and the owner even mailed them back to us! We had a lovely vacation and would stay here again. (visit was in August 2010)

  I cant say enough about the Clocktower property. I have never had a vacation home exceed my best expectations like this one did. The unit and building amenities are beyond compare......an incredible value. It's location is quiet yet convenient as promised by the owners. Everything is new and beautiful. The private roof deck with pool and spa was great for lounging, with or without a cocktail, after a day at the beach, and the kids loved the recreation room. Talk about exclusive there are only 8 units in the building and while we were there, there were only a couple of other families there. The elevator made a real difference to my mother. This was our first visit to Seaside, and the owners could not have been more accomodating and helpful. Would we return?............in a NY minute.

  Owner response: Naturally we are thrilled with this review. I would just like to state that this couple typifies the audience we target. We rent to family groups and adult couples. We do not rent to groups of young adults. As indicated in the ad, and in this review, ours is a very upscale property and is not suited to partying.

Additional information about rental rates

We cater to family groups and do not rent to groups of young adults for prom, parties, or otherwise.

For weekly rentals we take a $1,000 initial deposit to secure the dates, and rental amounts are then due 50% sixty days prior to the rental period, and remainder 30 days prior to rental period. The initial deposit remains as security during your stay.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

The above rates are for our 2BR/2BA unit. Our 3BR Townhouse unit rents for $3,850 per week, $13,000 per month, and $30,000 for the season. Indicated rates are inclusive of all taxes and fees..
