Eighty foot deck with outdoor propane heater (for cool nights). Outdoor firepit near river. Landscaping is wonderful. Surrounded by the Collegate Peaks Mountain Range.

Within five miles of two natural hot springs. Within 20 miles of two ski resorts. The best rafting in Colorado. Snowmobiling and All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) Rentals are located in Buena Vista and Salida. It is a great place to enjoy the river. Has a great sunroom to enjoy views or eat your meals.
