This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath villa is beautifully decorated and will be the perfect place for you and your family. It is close to local attractions and beaches, and yet you will be surrounded by a peaceful enviroment and affordable, in Pinetree Village.
You will enjoy the wooded pines, tropical park-like setting and you might even catch a glimpse of the herons, egrets and cranes during a stroll around the two scenic lakes.
This villa is all on one level and will sleep 6 people in comfort. It features brand new appliances throughout, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and private attached garage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened lanai, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, cooking & serving utensils, dishes, etc. Fully equipped laundry room with new washer & dryer, vacumn, iron & ironing board. All bedding and towels included.
Included is free wireless internet, DVD player and cable TV. Other amenities include a shared heated pool, tennis court and basketball, all within short walking distance from the villa.
Beautiful Siesta Key Beach with its white sand beach is just minutes away, voted “best beach in the U.S. in 2011.” Close to many other Gulf Coast beaches – Turtle, Casey Keys, Venice and Sanibel Island for sea shelling.
Sarasota is a golfers dream with many championship golf courses in the area. Within a 15 minute walk is the Westfield Sarasota shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, 12 screen movie complex and a food court. A 30 minute drive will find you at Ellenton’s Prime Outlet with designer stores such as: Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Saks, Columbia, Nike… There is also world class shopping at nearby St. Armand Circle. Day trips can include Walt Disney World, Sea World Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa or fishing charters.
You may also want to include a visit to beautiful Myakka State Park, Florida’s oldest and largest park, all within a 20 minute drive. There you will be able to go hiking; rent bikes, canoes or kayaks; take an airboat ride on Myakka lake. Our stay at the villa was fabulous...the villa was spacious,clean & convenient to everything. We really enjoyed the property, reminded of a tropical island ( pine trees, palm trees,ponds & pool ). Will re-rent. A radio & land line would be appreciated.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.
