This was the first time to Mexico and our stay was the best. The accomidations were 5 star and the view breath taking.We enjoyed the beach, pools and the surf which we were in every day. Valarie and Bill were great hosts and everything was taken care of before we left Montana. Will be back again and two weeks are not long enough. Thank you very much. Dr.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

We rented this condo for 5 days and have zero compaints. The condo is easy to find from the airport. Security is extremely friendly. The condo itself is incredible. Great beds, exceptional bathrooms, and the patio is perfect for entertaining on lounging. Close to surfing at zippers, short drive to mega or starbucks, and plenty of restuarants clost by. Perfect stay at a perfect condo.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

This was my Husband & I first visit to Cabo. And if you are looking for a first class place to stay, we found it. Val & Bill condo was absolutely beautiful, everything you need for cooking inside & out. BUT the view from the balcony was incredibly WOW.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Very nice at an affordable price. Met our expectations. Owners were easy to deal with making arrangements. Valerie, The condo was fabulous. The furnishing are wonderful and the ammenties are top notch. I especially enjoyed the well appointed indoor and outdoor kitchens as well as the outdoor dining setup. The kids loved the beach toys and new snorkel gear. We look forward to staying again. We rented this beautiful condo for three days over the Xmas break. The photos on the website don't do it justice. We spent most of our time on the lovely outdoor patio - which is really a kitchen and living area all on it's own; with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez, which is only steps from the complex. The beach was beautiful, and very quiet. Swimming is also allowed on this beach, unlike many of the beaches in Cabo. The pools were lovely too - although all deck chairs were reserved with towels by 7:30 a.m. (This was a bit of an annoyance because many of the guests didn't actually show up to use their reserved spots until many hours later.) Amenities inside the suite were very good - comfy beds, lots of bath and beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bathrooms. The owners were the most helpful owners I have ever encountered on this website ! We talked over the phone as well as through email. There were no snags at all with the entire rental process. The information package that they provided is excellent. No details were overlooked and the information is accurate and current ! I would not hesitate to recommend this property. My biggest complaint is that we could only stay for three days !Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We are working on new management that will enforce the rules on the pool towel thing - It is not allowed, and supposed to be enforced - you are free to remove them, or the guard should remove them if you ask...but I know that is awkward. 5 of 5 Comfortable Luxury in an Ideal Location! Our family of 3 stayed here in early July and felt at home in Valerie & Bill's beautiful penthouse. We are frequent travelers, and use Vrbo when traveling with our 4 year-old son. This is by far the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. Why? * comfortable luxury. Valerie & Bill have spared no expense with the furniture and decor. * incredible patio! A large ~500 sqft space with a Million $ view. Large sliding glass doors allow for indoor-outdoor living. * incredible views! The penthouse has a sweeping view of the coast, with Zippers surf break and Palmilla Point in the distance. * peaceful. Quiet all-owners Property. No timeshares! * the pools. Kudos to whoever designed the dual-pool layout. There are 2 pools - one with a "zero-entry" area (great for little kids), and another deeper one. There is also a hot-tub. Landscaping is appropriate for Baja, with large boulders, agaves and palms. High-end lounge furniture is plentiful. Location. Placement was perfect for our needs. Outside of the noisy town center, yet downtown SJ is a 10-min drive/taxi/bus ride away. Beach is beautiful (but note remarks below on safety). When you want a little more action, the Coral Baja resort is right next door. * unit location. The condo is in Bldg 3, away from the highway noise. We've heard newer Bldg 4, near the highway, can be noisy. A few other points/tips: * Beach, as with so many in Cabo, was not safe for swimming. Nice to look at, but stay away from the water. Might be safer other times of year. But to be expected almost anywhere in Cabo. There are other beaches nearby (Palmilla, Chileno) which are safer. * rent a car in advance! We reserved online and paid $178 for 1 week. If you wait till you show up, you'll spend much more. Finally, Valerie & Bill were great resources who helped with many local tips. Rental process was easy. We really loved our stay, and we highly recommend. We'll be back!
