Named a resort of distinction by RCI (Resort Condominiums International), Deer Park Resort provides a beautiful, well-kept vacation destination in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Deer Park Resort is located in Lincoln, New Hampshire, Exit 32 off Route 93 at the start of the Kancamangus Highway (rated as one of America's most scenic drives by AAA). The resort is just a two-hour drive from Boston and three-and-one-half hours from Montreal.
Just minutes away from the famous Franconia Notch, the heritage spot of the “Old Man of the Mountains” and surrounded by National Forest lands, this expansive 62 acre campus boasts a 5 acre spring fed lake with a sandy beach, swimming area and floating raft, and a large state of the art recreation center (clubhouse).
Nearby, the towns of Lincoln and North Woodstock provide activities and entertainment that range from adventurous to self-indulgent. The area offers outdoor experiences like hiking, swimming, horseback riding, golf, fishing, rock climbing, biking, and skiing. Miles of paved bike trails in Franconia Notch and Lincoln access the scenic forests. Skiing is five minutes away at Loon Mountain with FREE shuttle service during the ski season. There are also three other major ski mountains (Cannon, Bretton Woods, and Waterville Valley) within 15-30 minutes from the front door. After hours, nearby night spots cater to a variety of ages and musical preferences.
Other activities include sightseeing, shopping, miniature golf, and dining for all tastes including steaks, seafood, vegetarian, ethnic, pub food, pizza and fast food. Visit the many family attractions including the Mt. Washington Cog Railway, gondola rides on Loon and Cannon Mountains, the Hobo Railroad, Clark’s Trading Post, Santa’s Village, Whale’s Tail Water Park, Lost River Gorge, Boulder Caves, the Flume and Basin, Indian Head, Boise Rock, or be treated to a guided wildlife (moose) tour. There are also two major outlet shopping malls less than an hour away: Tanger Outlets in Tilton and Settler’s Green in North Conway.
Our spacious corner unit condominium feels like a wonderful “home away from home”. A full kitchen offers convenient meal preparation and easy clean-up for thrifty vacationers. All utensils, dish sets, and pots and pans are provided. An adjacent dining area seats up to six at the table and three more at the breakfast bar.
In the living room are an easy chair and couch (a fold-out for sleeping two), a 32-inch color TV, DVD and VCR player, and a gas fireplace.
Off the dining/living areas are two bedrooms; each assigned a full bath with tub and shower. The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed while the bath area has a wide sink, mirrored dressing space and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. Both bedrooms have dressers and large closets.
The condominium has a private lockable ski storage closet by the front door and a washer/dryer in the basement laundry (coin operated). Children can safely ride bikes or play outdoors on the grounds and on the grassy area by the gazebo. Within steps of the front door are charcoal barbeque grills and picnic tables for a camping flavor. A quick walk across the parking lot brings you past the tennis courts and basketball hoops, and gets you access to the oversize gas grill by the recreation center and lake.
The resort's clubhouse offers wireless internet, a large TV and rental video viewing room with video library ($ if taken back to unit, free if watched in clubhouse), a games room ($), pool table ($), ping pong table, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fully-equipped exercise room, weight room, two racquetball courts, and locker rooms with showers. The upper level includes a comfortable lounge with an open fire place, a kitchen and large seating area to accommodate multi-family get togethers, and a balcony overlooking the lake.

My family has now stayed at this timeshare on numerous occassions. The location is perfect. In the heart of the mountains, this area is truly beautiful. There are plenty of activities to partake in, in the area - from hiking to fishing to swimming to numerous sports activities and more! We have 2 young teenage children who love coming and are planning on bringing friends for the next visit! The accomodations are exceptional. The units are clean and come fully equiped with soaps/towels/bedding/plates/utensils/pots/etc. There are full kitchenettes with fridge/freezer/stove/oven/microwave/dishwasher, which makes dining much easier with the various activities that our family is constantly out doing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Laundry facilities are available if required. You can opt to stay at the resort and take in the hiking, swimming in the lake or pool, billiards, tennis, basketball, BBQ'ing, fishing, working out in the gym, etc or you can venture outside the resort to the many activities in the nearby town; mini-golfing, train rides, wall climbing, skiing, mountain hiking, exploring, shopping and dining. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway or an active, exciting vacation, you will love this location and this resort. With the numerous options that Deer Park offers, each person can find their own treasure in this resort!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Stayed here for a girls weekend in October. The resort and surrounding area is beautiful. The unit itself is great - it it spacious, has everything you need and is located very close to the clubhouse. There is so much to do both at the resort and nearby. Appealing for all ages. Had a great time shopping at the outlet mall, visiting the local micro brewery (Woodstock Inn Brewery), swimming at the pool and soaking in the hot tub at the club house, and generally having a relaxing weekend enjoying the beautiful scenery and fesh mountain air. Would definitely return and recommend staying here.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: Our family of four (2 teenaged sons) has vacationed at Deer Park Resort for the last 6 years and finally made the leap and bought our own unit. We have decided to rent our unit out at discounted rates (compared to going through the rental office) so that others could enjoy the resort as much as we do without breaking the bank.
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln:
We love the area - there is so much to see and do for families with kids of all ages. Our boys still enjoy going to the resort to spend time relaxing by the lake, swimming in the pool, and taking part in the many other activities the area has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
In the nicer weather, there is a very nice beach area at the man-made, spring fed lake for swimming. In the colder/wetter weather, you can enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
