Boogaard’s short-term, self-catering apartment is now available. Due to the overwhelming request from Trip Advisor followers and by some of our former guests who asked if it were possible to return with friends and to experience the same standards of excellence and ambience as that for which Boogaard’s Bed and Breakfast is renown but with more flexibility.
Our two-bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished with an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable chairs and sofa in front of a charming fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stovetop, microwave/convection oven, coffee-maker, electric kettle, flatware and cutlery for six, and pots and pans. You’ll find the apartment stocked with free soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

About the owner: Living in NYC during 9/11 made me realized that life was too short! The effects of seeing the buildings begin hit, the collapse and watching people died change my life forever! Go and live life, love and dont hate! Everyone is special. After 9/11 I have decided to follow my dreams where ever they took me; to live without regret, to be honest daily with myself and with friends, to love and respect all peoples of the world. That journey brought me back home to the Netherlands where my extended families live. I wanted to know my grandparents, family and understand where I came from. I have never regretted my decision to leave my life behind and embrace the future. Help support myself and my family I open a Bed and Breakfast here in the city i settle in. For seven years I have been rate number one on trip-advisor and with that success open Boogaard's apartment rental.

Our newly renovated home is located in Amsterdam’s scenic canal district on Langestraat, a quiet, picturesque street just a short walk from Centraal Station. Langestraat lies between four of Amsterdam’s most beautiful and enchanting canals, in the heart of the old city. This historical house was built in the 17th century, and retains great charm and character; yet it has all the moden conveniences of a 21st century home.
