This is your beach house for 2014 and many years to come. A luxurious newer six (6) bedroom home with multiple extensive beach views and PRIVATE beach access. Guest enjoy direct beach access via your private deeded boardwalk.
Each bedroom has direct access to full-width decks for viewing the quiet private white sands of Cabana Beach. Perfect retreat for family reunions, golfers and small retreats.
Two living areas are provided: The front contains the spacious kitchen, dining area, seating area, and stereo system opening onto the large front deck with views of the gulf. The back living area contains the TV/VCR/DVD center and wet bar with drink refrigerator and opens onto the full width covered screened-in back porch.
The home is fully handicap accessible to meet the need of young and old alike in any family or group. Substantially all ADA requirements are met with this home with an elevator, one accommodating bathroom, and spacious bedrooms.
UPGRADES: The elevator rises from the concrete parking area under the home directly into the house.
House was fully updated in 2012 with stainless steel appliances and tile throughout along with other items for your comfort.
Four bedrooms each contain a NEW queen-sized bed and the two spacious master bedrooms each boast two queen-sized beds accommodating up to 16 people (we do not use hide-a-beds!). The four bathrooms each have plenty of vanity room for all those tanning lotions. Two 80-gallon water heaters ensure everyone has a good hot shower. The home contains over 2800 square feet of living space plus 1000 square feet of porches (lots of room for visiting or curling up to read your favorite book). The beach is 250 feet from the front porch. Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge just a short walk down the beach.
