  The place is absolutely gorgeous! The owners made the process very simple and convenient. The condo's floor to ceiling windows are stunning. With the lake down below and the hill country when you look out, the views are awesome. Everything in the condo is nice: furniture, towels, beds, appliances, floors etc. The complex was very quiet and we seemed to pretty much have the place to ourselves. The lake was not warm enough to get in but the pool is beautiful. It is an infiniti pool overlooking the lake and has an enormous hot tub. The grilling area is great and also has an ice machine, fridge and bathrooms. We loved the condo and hope to make it a yearly trip!

  It was awesome!!!! The condo is better in person, than in photos. Amazing surroundings!!! The owner, was always available, even for smaller things!!! Definitely I will come back. Regards

  My husband and I live in Dallas and we came to stay in this great condo in early December. My parents are from Michigan and they came with us as well. My brother and my neice from Houston came as well. It was a great place for a reunion! There are three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, pans, and utensils. We BBQ twice at the outdoor kitchen by the pool area (there is even a flat screen TV by the grill.) The weather was beautiful 75 ish and we enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony. We roasted s'mores at one of the many firepits and even went in the hot tub. We traveled to Austin and to a winery as well. It was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! Thanks!

  We had a great time on our trip. The weather was colder than we anticipated, but staying at this place is not a bad place to be in with bad weather. The condo and its views are wonderful. The place is very clean and new. The owners were very prompt on their responses and making sure we had a great time. The kitchen is great for cooking with amenities and a lot of cooking supplies. The view from the Master Bedroom is spectacular in the evening and also during the day. There are other restaurants nearby and a grocery store which is pretty well-stocked. The unfortunate thing is the lake and the fact that it is very low due to the drought. If it was warm, there are still opportunities to enjoy the lake- it is just sad how low it is. I would recommend this to a family, group of friends, a couple, anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to go and enjoy a small town feel.

  We stayed here with some friends over the Labor Day weekend. Prior to arrival, I had several questions about the condo and Lake Travis in general since I was planning on bringing a large boat. John, the condo owner was very quick to respond to emails and even spent some time researching nearby places to store and launch my boat. Upon arrival, we were all very impressed with the property. The entire Waterstone property was very well maintained. This unit had floor to ceiling windows with great views of the lake. The remote controlled shades in the living room and master bedroom was a nice touch. The furnishings were very nice and clean. The balcony was great for chilling out with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and grilling utensils. The wi-fi worked well. There was a day dock on the property where we docked our boat. We were worried about the depth since our boat was a 30' cabin cruiser but it was plenty deep to handle a boat of that size. We hung out at the pool and grilled in the evenings. The infinity pool was amazing and the grilling area was awesome. It had plenty of counter space, a large built in grill, small refrigerator, and a flat screen tv. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great lake front property on Lake Travis. Vinh and Sheri Le Dallas, TX

  Our family selected this condo for our last family summer fling before the start of the kid’s school. The property is convenient to home for us (allowed for commuting back as needed) with a great, relaxing view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. The floor to ceiling windows with remote-control shades are really nice. We grilled dinner by the pool every night and spent a good deal of time in the pool. The flat screen by the pool is also a great feature. The wireless broadband works great for anyone that must do a little remote work. It is important to note – the owners are very friendly and accommodating!

  Our intention was not to be in the lake, but to soak up some family time in a beautiful property with pretty views. This condo hit the spot. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We were ready for an hour drive, but I believe with the toll road it was more like 35 minutes from the Arboretum area. The decor is both modern and warm. I appreciated the paintings and splashes of color in this otherwise earth tone condo. Unlike other places we've rented, the spaces were not packed with furniture designed to maximize (usually uncomfortable) sleeping options. The condo had breathing room and the furniture in every space, including the patio, was pleasing and comfortable. The master bath has a true deep soaking tub which was a delight and the master bedroom had a comfy chaise placed perfectly for a memorable view. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. It was a scorcher of a day so we left the automatic blinds that cover the great floor to ceiling windows down for a couple of hours to allow the A/C to cool the space down. After that, we had no problem maintaining a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed the pool every day and often had it to ourselves. There is an awesome large area less than a foot deep that gave our toddler safe splashing fun. There are a couple of good eating options in the area, but if you value your greens and healthy eating I recommend planning to cook in some. The kitchen had every pot, pan, glassware, and tool I needed to prepare our meals. I brought food from home, but the supermarket is about 10 minutes away and has respectable selections of fresh produce and meats. This might seem minor, but sometimes rentals lock up bedroom closets or access to cleaning supplies. I like to put our things out of sight and keep the place clean. This rental had three large unlocked closets and everything I needed to keep the place tidy. Thank you. There's a ping pong table, games for the kids, and great books on hand. I wish we could have stayed longer.

  We had a great time at this condo! Wonderful lodgings, ameneties, pool, lake, etc. Our group of 6 fit nicely in the space, no overcrowding in the common areas. It was hot tho and the a/c struggled to keep the place cool. Overall we had a wonderful time!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

During your stay, Austin experienced the first and third hottest days ever recorded in June. With the wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows, the AC had its job cut out for it. Minimum three day rental for holidays which include Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

Holiday rates are $350 per night.

50% due at time of booking

Remaining 50% due within 30 days of check-in

Additional Fees and Taxes:

12% hotel occupancy tax.

Cleaning fee of $110.00

Refundable damage deposit of $300.00
