  This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We love this second level unit. Upon entering, you are Welcomed with a large, fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and plenty of counter space. There is a second master bedroom off the foyer which includes a sink, microwave, cabinets, counter, mini fridge and TV/DVD player. It also includes a private bath and it's own balcony with chairs.. It's perfect for our Tween daughter or anyone that likes a private space. The dining room overlooks a floor to ceiling window with a large table for 6 or more people. The living room has a new sofa and chairs that are extremely comfortable for relaxing after a long day in the sun. There is a large tv armoire that has cable tv and a nice Vizio flat panel and a blue ray DVD player. The master bedroom also includes a flat panel inside a tv/clothing armoire with Cable and DVD player as well. In the master bedroom, it has a sliding door that overlooks the pool and pond. There is a jacuzzi tub/shower combo in the attached bath which is a nice feature. There is also new carpet in all the bedrooms. We didn't use the third bedroom either time we were there, but it is well suited for two people and it includes a nice dresser and closet for storage. The wrap around balcony is incredible because you can see a partial ocean view, the Terrace pool and a large pond with fountains. It is all around a very nice condo inside and out. We like the added feature of a washer/dryer, guards at the entrance and security walking the property in the evenings. The Terrace pool has never been crowded either time we've been there during the months of July and October. The owners are very nice, helpful and accomodating. Enjoy your stay, we sure do!

  We had an amazing week!! The condo was clean, spacious, and we had plenty of privacy. The photos are accurate. The owner was very helpful in every way and would respond very quickly to any email or phone call. We would definetly love to visit Destin again and stay right here.

  We had a wonderful time @ this condo. It was enough space for the adults and kids to do their own thing. We walked to the stores/parks etc. not to mention the Beach was right there. I have started planning next year already.....

  This is a wonderful, easy to find location. We enjoyed outlet malls, delicious restaurants and beautiful beaches. The pool was very warm! Even I got in and I am the Nana! the hot tub was also relaxing. We went to the Navel museum in Pensacola and enjoyed a really hands on experience. The unit was really comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed our own private area with bathroom, TV, microwave, refrigerator and veranda. This was a wonderful vacation and perfect place to stay!

  Easy to find, wonderful condo that was very comfortable on a well traveled street. Everything we wanted was close by. A very nice warm pool with a hot tub and gas grills, which cooked our steaks to our high standards. We enjoyed our private suite in the condo, with our own bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, and veranda. We were near our family yet had our own private area. We really enjoyed the Destin area, food and shopping. The Navel museum at Pensacola was very hands on experience. We loved the outlet mall and Destin Commons. The restaurants were all really good! Great vacation spot.

  Comfortably sleeping 8, 4 adults & 4 children. This property has the warmest pool we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying! As was the hot tub. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside is beautiful, clean and so relaxing, wonderful beds, TVs everywhere, wireless, soft towels, key-less entry, the view and the size of the balcony made your own private getaway, the list goes on and on. We enjoyed gas grilling, cooking & a kitchen had everything we needed. We will book our return early to ensure we get this unit!! The grandparents enjoyed family time as well as their own privacy. Great location close to a white sand beach, near by shopping & restaurants, even an outlet mall. Awesome place! We even played shuffle board, a Florida vacation must.

  We had a wonderful time! Ten days just wasn't enough. The condo was comfortable ,nicely decorated and has plenty of space. The three bed/three bath is well kept and has great views. The fully stocked kitchen is great if you plan to cook meals. Security was excellent upon entering and throughout the complex. The owners are extremely helpful with any question you might have and are very nice people. The shuttle to and from the beach is a nice feature as well. The Terrace pool is perfect and you can see it from the unit. We plan to go back in the future.
