Beach Bungalow is located just west of the Intracoastal Waterway, affording you gorgeous sunsets in one direction and breathtaking sunrises in the other. This 2-story family house is full of windows and sliding doors, so there’s always sunshine spilling in. But the big trees in our yard offer welcome shade, and we even have a hidden garden just for your enjoyment!
Slip out to the balcony and enjoy a midnight stargazing moment, or be the first awake one morning and watch the dawn streak the sky. You can be forgiven for thinking you’re on top of the world at Beach Bungalow!
The main living and dining area of Beach Bungalow offers great views from everywhere you turn. The emphasis throughout the house is on comfort as well as beauty. From the moment you sink into the couch in the living room and turn on the cable TV with DVD player, you’ll feel right at home!
The dining area is simple and elegant. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a homecooked meal, or to relish takeout from one of Palm Coast’s excellent restaurants. It’s also a great game table, puzzle spot, and all-around command center, located as it is between the living room and the kitchen.

About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
