This beautifully decorated lake front home is a short walk to the beach and is AVAILABLE FOR THE SUMMER SEASON (Memorial day to labor Day) FOR $42,OOO already rented for 2009 but available for 2010). IT IS ALSO AVAILABLE MONTHLY AS A WINTER RENTAL for $2200 per month with a 3 month minimum rental 2008/2009 is available. ALSO IN THE WINTER WEEKLY WINTER RENTALS ARE SOME TIMES AVAVAILABLE. There are 6 bedrooms (2 on first floor)and three baths. The 20x22 ft master bedroom suite has a wall of glass looking onto the lake and sliders going to a 12x22 private deck. It also has a 12x12 marble bath with a 7 ft jacuzzi tub. In addition to the 6 oversized bedrooms it has a large living room, formal dining room, eat-in state of the art kitchen with granite and stainless steal appliances and large family room.
The exterior 40 foot deck on the lower level is great for entertaining by the water's edge. The upper deck off the master bedroom has great views of 2 lakes and is perfect for taking in the sun. There is an outdoor shower and a 2 car garage with bikes for exploring the wonderful resort of Spring Lake. (SORRY NO PETS)
