Vacation Rental Description
This luxury garden home is a first floor 1524 sf unit in the Trieste section of Vasari Country Club, a gated golf & tennis community located minutes away from Old Naples 5th Avenue and pristine beaches. Rental at Vasari includes all Country Club privileges of Vasari Golf Clubhouse, pro shop, tennis courts, pools and exercise facilities. The Trieste area has heated pool and Jacuzzi in lush tropical setting including gas grills for outdoor cooking.
Naples offers excellent restaurants, shopping, and cultural attractions including art exhibits, the Philharmonic Center and Naples Zoo within a very short drive from the property.
Vacation Rental Amenities
This garden home is tastefully furnished with everything you could want in a luxury vacation home. A large screened-in lanai with teak furniture opens to a lawn on a lake overlooking the 11th tee box and fairway. There are ceiling fans in every room. There are two televisions, one in living room and one in the master bedroom, VCR, DVD, computer with Internet access, fax, copier, and color printer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. A fully equipped open kitchen with large bar/counter area are available for your use including the breakfast area, formal dining area for 6, and two space covered parking. Complete full-size laundry facilities are in the unit.
Activities and Attractions
Vasari's 18 hole golf course opened in November 2002 and is beautifully maintained and challenging for all level golfers. There is a golf membership transfer fee of $400 in'06 during your stay which entitles you and your partner to play unlimited golf with no greens fees. Tennis courts, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi are just steps away from this home. The pro shop and fitness center are located within the community at the Clubhouse - all for your use.
The Naples white sand beaches are a 5 minute drive from home. Take your beach chairs and chilled bottle of wine down to watch the spectacular sunsets.

High Season: Feb, Mar, Apr = $3,900 per month; Jan'09 not available
Mid Season: Oct, Nov, Dec, May & Jun = $3,000 per month
Low Season: Jul, Aug, Sep = $2,000 per month
Rates are negotiable depending on the length of rental.
A $500 security deposit is required.
Golf membership transfer is $400 + $24 tax to Vasari.
