Property description

Enjoy a piece of paradise in our 1200 sq ft home located at 270 9th St. Key Colony Beach. Our home features a full size kitchen with large bar area, granite counter tops and new SS appliances, dining room and spacious living area with flat screen TV, DVD, stereo with CD and I Pod connection. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, king size bed, private BA and front load washer/dryer. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed , also a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Enjoy your favorite beverage on our new paver patio with awning overlooking the 100 ft. wide, deep water canal. There is a 37.5 ft step down dock with water hose, lights, electricity and a new fish cleaning table. Bait/fish freezer in the over sized carport for your convenience. The carport will allow parking for 2 cars. There is additional off street parking for 1 boat trailer and 2 vehicles.. Our home is smoke-free, but we don’t mind if you smoke outside. Sunset Park is a short walk from our home. Key West is a 1 hour drive. Cabana Club membership included!! Cabana Club includes Olympic size pool, hot tub, oceanfront beach with beach chairs, tiki bar, fishing pier and restaurant. We hope that you choose to stay with us and enjoy it half as much as we do!
