As Maui residents, my wife and I can truly say there is no better place to live or vacation than Maui Banyan. We bought our condo with a long term goal in mind... retirement later but fun now. We shopped countless others all over Maui until finding the Banyan. Once we did we waited until the perfect condo was available.
A few points of interest in the event you decide to live in our home for a few days while we are away. We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, (which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard), a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools, (the other is about a six min walk) and a five minute walk to the gardens. When you leave the complex great dining and local shopping is just about a five to ten min walk down S. Kihei road (which is along the ocean). If you plan to take the car, the hotels and Shops of Wailea (the Beverly Hills of Maui) are just a short eight minute drive away.

Our vaulted ceilings (rare in the Maui Banyan) provide more space for you to relax. Hungry? But don't want to get dressed up and changed for dinner? There are several casual choices for both day and night dining all within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights. LOVED IT!! The decor is so beautiful and comfortable. The Lani was the best part! We enjoyed our morning coffee looking out onto the Kamole 2 beach. BEST VIEW in the unit from what we could tell! The condo's location is perfect in Kihei, walking distance to all three of the Kamole beaches (literally less than 1 min to Kamole 2!!!) and lots of shopping/dining places. The complex is very clean and nice. Great pool area as well. The condo provides some beach items (chairs, umbrella, snorkle gear, cooler, beach towels, and boogie boards). I would still recommend renting better beach chairs since the ones the condo provides don't recline, and that's something we like having for beach days. All the dinning ware is provided, but no condiments like (salt/pepper, spices, mustard, mayo, ketchup etc) so I would be prepared to purchase those items when you buy your food items. We truly loved staying here and felt it was the best unit in the building. Can't wait to stay someday in the future!!!
