  Miramar Beach Villas is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Destin. It's a small gated community tucked away from the prying eye, and only a five minute walk to the beach. The police and management patrol the area, so you feel very safe. There is a community pool and it's very nice and private too. The villa is so beautiful. Really, the pictures do not do this place justice. It has tall ceilings and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, pans, cups, etc. All you need to bring is food, don't worry about the pots and pans- which was really great. There is a code lock on the door that ensures you never have to keep up with a key. The beds are VERY comfortable and even the couch is a comfortable place to lounge. The property is extremely well-made. The villa is quiet and if the noise level gets too crazy inside, don't worry, if the door is shut, you can't hear anything from the outside. No worries if you have a large group! Colleen was great. She made the process so easy. She's talked me through everything and made it all a breeze. I really liked her! I would recommend this property to all ages. If you are there on spring break, make sure you have chaperones. The management will ask to speak to the chaperones if your group gets out of hand. It's perfectly ideal for a family or even for a couple as a romantic get-a-way. 5 stars!

  My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Miramar Beach Villas #116. The house was bigger than I expected and very clean upon our arrival. The rooms were huge and all closets were very spacious. Kitchen and livng room furniture were very comfortable. Colleen, the manager was wonderful to work with, always returing emails and calls quickly. She also gave me local tips, which was very helpful. Dealing with Colleen was one of the reasons we finally decided on this property. The dedicated beach area for the villas was always almost empty compared to the crowded beach areas on both sides...I'm not sure why, but it was great. The pool was never crowded. It was very clean and beautiful. We spent alot of time there during the week. Staying in a gated community was also nice. It meant no trafic around the villas and pool. I have only one complaint. Both of the larger mattresses in the villa were horrible. My husband and I woke up a little achy each morning. They simply did not match such an up-scale home and need replaced. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and a beautiful home. We would stay here again.
