  Over the past two years I have enjoyed several very enjoyable weeks staying in one of these luxury apartments. The finish of the interior was stylish, comfortable and cool. The facilities were excellent and the standard of service from the rental company - namely Nick and Joseph - exemplary. The location was superb: close to the beach, shops and several great restaurants and bars. Tel Aviv is an exciting and unforgettable city; my stay in the apartment mirrored the city by offering a wonderfully memorable standard of accommodation.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We stayed at Nick and Joseph's apartment for the October mid term break. It is the perfect location to leisurely walk to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was very well equipped with home comforts and excellent technology services. Living in a home, it took a little time getting used to the neighbourly noise which is unavoidable in apartment blocks but you soon got used to it. should we ever return to Tel Aviv, we would have no hesitation staying here again.

  we spent 5 weeks in israel with 2 kids (9 and 12), and were looking for a home base. this apartment was fantastic!! not only is the apartment great, but the property managers made our stay really wonderful - super responsive, easy to reach, available for anything. the apartment was recently remodeled. one point to keep in mind, seems like all of tel aviv is being remodeled constantly, including apartments in this building and next door. the workweek starts sunday through friday from 7:30 (!) but this is probably the case in all of tel aviv... each bedroom has 2 twin beds, which we pushed together. each bedroom has its own A/C unit and TV. plenty of linens and towels. one bedroom is in the back of the building and relatively quiet - this bedroom has a bathroom attached (with shower stall). the second bedroom is on the street, and could hear some street noise (but not terribly loud/ very main street). the two full bathrooms were a huge plus. the main bathroom has a shower-over-tub, and the other bathroom (attached to the back bedroom) has a shower stall. one of the bathrooms (the one with the tub) doesn't have an outside window - instead, there's a window that opens into the OTHER bathroom (which then has an outside window). a little strange, but works to vent steam. the main bathroom also has a washer/ dryer - small for US standards :-) but very convenient. kitchen includes fridge/ freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, elecric kettle. stocked with all the basic needs (silverware, dishes, some pots/ pans). no serving dishes/ utensils - so don't expect to host a dinner party here :-) - also no storage containers. but for a 'vacation kitchen' totally OK. nice to have a balcony overlooking the street, but in june/ july the heat/ humidity mean you're not spending too much time hanging out on the balcony...all rooms have A/C so super-comfy inside. TV with cable and wifi as well, and the best convenience was a parking lot a block away. the manager (nick) arranged a long-term parking spot for us for a great deal, which is highly recommended for those renting a car here! lastly, the neighborhood was really fantastic - a block from famous basel square, with lots of great cafes, ice cream, boutiques, gourmet grocery and bakery. also a few blocks from a big grocery (super sal) and the apartment has shopping 'carts' to use, too. walking distance to the beach and the new 'namal'. all in all, we would definitely come back!!

  My buddy and I from the states stayed here from 1/10-1/21/12. We were looking for a nice, clean apartment that offered two separate bedrooms, decent living area, wifi, cable and balcony. This place did not disappoint. The bedrooms each had two twin beds (combined to form one king). More than enough closet space in each. Plently of clean linens and towels available (although towels were a little small for a guy). Cable tvs and working AC/heat in each bedroom. No issues there. Two full bathrooms. The one connected to the main bedroom seemed a bit nicer (better shower, faucet), but we were very pleased to have two full bathrooms (not that common, even for 2BR apts). Working washer and dryer was a nice touch, although it takes a long time for things to dry (we just hung our clothes on a rack or outside, not a big deal). The apartment overall was very tidy and clean. The pictures on the site give a perfect and exact representation of what the apartment looks like. The neighbor is perfect as well. You are a two block walk from Dizengoff and another block from Ben Yehuda; both offer lots of cafes, bars, food places, currency exchange. Also about a ten minute walk from the beach, 15 minutes from the port area (a good place to go during warmer months). A walk down the beach to Old Jaffa takes about 40-45 minutes. Overall, the apartment seemed to be in a very central area of TLV. A cab ride anywhere was usually no more than 10 minutes (within TLV). Lastly, the owners, Nick and Jo, were very easy and accomodating to work with. They are very professional and reliable. (met us on time when we got there, came back to give us the deposit back right before we needed to go). They were open to constructive criticism (i.e., we weren't supplied with any toliet paper or garbage bags...but they offered to compensate us for that; i expect they'll supply that stuff for future tenants). Otherwise, the trip and the apartment were amazing and exactly what we needed/wanted. I'd say its perfect for two friends traveling together, or two couples. 6 may be a tight fit, but definitely doable. The apartment was a good size all around. Definitely stay here over a trendy/pricey hotel. A great apartment in the heart of the city. I will hope to stay here again the next time I make it to TLV. -Josh V

  Nick and Jo responded promptly to our questions. The apt was clean, modern, spacious and tasteful. An open balcony is not common in Tel Aviv and we had one with this apt. Wifi throughout apt and washer dryer were bonuses. Would definitely recommend staying here. Also, the apt is in a fantastic position/

• Amazing vacation!!!!

  We got to the apartment at around 23:00 and one of the owners met us and showed us around. He (Joseph) was very nice and during our stay he really helped us around the city. The apartment was in a very high standard and totaly new, very close to the beach and the balcony was great. We will come back for sure next December

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
