The house is located between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach just 5 blocks south of Silver Lake, 10 houses from the ocean. Rehoboth has fine dining, great beaches, and loads of tax free outlet stores and a trolley ride to Rehoboth.! There is a covered out door back porch with a barbecue. A great way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon while enjoying the lush gardens.

There is a large 47' plasma TV which can be viewed from a large, plush circular sofa & chase lounge. the sofa also converts to a bed sleeping two.

Our recent trip to Dewey Beach was excellent. This rentals location was excellent. Quick walk to Grotto's, the beach, and the Jolly Trolley stop are only a few of the great highlights. The outside shower was wonderful. Afternoons on the patio were great. Although the inside was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer are small. Stayed here for July 4th in a group of six -- one of the owners stayed upstairs and was very nice. Very comfortable for 6 people. Close to the beach and walking distance to great bars and restaurants -- and the boardwalk was a short jolly trolley ride away. AMAZING grill and backyard area. Would definitely come back. Great customer service!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

It was a great place to spend our vacation at.. the house and yard were gorgeous.. it was very clean and well kept.. very close to the beach.. and everything else wasnt very far away.. the cottage was cute.. the main living room is where we spent most of time at when we were at the house.. it is very roomy.. and has a great tv and surround sound.. another thing we really liked was the balcony.. and everyone that went loved the outdoor showers.. i think we might have used the indoor one 2 or 3 times.. the only bad thing i have to say about this place was that the dryer destroyed 2 of our shirts.. and we were also saying how it would be nice if there would have been some kind of tv in the cottage.. other than that everything was perfect.. i give you a 5 star rating.. thank you.. and you will prolly see us again..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

This place was great, just 1 block from the beach and with a wonderful back yard. The owner was around and he was really friendly . the place was clean and it has great set up for privacy but also offer a great living area! definitely will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
