Very nice studio located on the first floor of an 18th century, walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. Situated in the Quincampoix street, between the rue Rambuteau aux and the rue aux Ours, just a few steps away from the George Pompidou Center, it is in the heart of the Marais area, surrounded by art galleries. This studio/apartment is quiet and ideal for two people.

Cozy and comfortable volume in the living room with a sofa bed (two people), an extendable table, two chairs, a rocking chair, phone, TV, and Hi Fi. It has a large window, facing a courtyard. The small kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range electric household appliances. The loft bed and the office corner are separated from the principal part by a corridor. Under the staircase which leads to the mezzanine there are many cupboards. This splendid wood work, very practical, has been made "by the hands of the owner"! A second window also faces the courtyard. The corridor drives to the cordial bathroom decorated with pink marble. There is a bathtub with shower system, a wash hand basin, and a water closet. A third window also viewing the courtyard.

In the Rambuteau street, you will find all the trades (early products, bakery, butchery...)

Nearby Attractions - Just a few minutes walking distance, you can access various charming, historical, and cultural treasures:
* "Rue des Lombards" (150 meters) with four jazz clubs (Duc des Lombards, Sunset, Sunside, Baisers salés)
* The "Place des Innocents" (200 meters)
* The Halles (150 meters)
* Beaubourg/"Centre Pompidou" (50 meters)
* The marvellous "Musée du Louvre" and "Hotel de ville" (ten minutes walking distance)
* The "Comédie Française"
* The historical "Marais" ("Place Sainte Catherine", "Place des Vosges", "Musée Picasso")

Continue walking a little further and you can access:
* The "Place de la Bastille" and its opera
* The "Musée d'Orsay"
