This beautiful, 2500-square-foot, Sunriver home is spacious and open and perfect for large families or multiple families! We now Provide 8 Unlimited Use Swim/Tennis Passes $50 fee for any lost passes.

The large master suite is on the main floor with private bath, walk-in closet, and private access to hot tub. The living room and dining room both open onto the deck that runs across the full length of the back of the home.
The game room with foosball table is off the living room and opens onto the secluded hot tub on the back deck.
There is an additional master suite on the second floor across the open landing that looks over the living room below (across from other three bedrooms). New sectional with sleeper and recliners, new Bar b Que, Washer/Dryer, Hardwood Floors, paint. Time to relax after skiing or golf.
The home is located on a safe cul de sac with a forrest in the middle and just 15 homes. Very safe for kids and family to ride bikes around the cul de sac.
Our home is located an easy bike ride from the back market place for videos or ice cream. There are LOTS OF NEWER adult and children's bikes available in the garage Very close to the new Mavricks with new wave pool.
***** Must be 25 or older, and we want renters to treat our home like you would want your's treated so the next guest can enjoy it. Leaving the place a mess will cause a reduction of your damage deposit, due to extra time cleaning. Please call to discuss this if you have questions. This helps use to keep down the cost or both cleaning and deposits, some charge $1000 deposit. We would rather not rent the home, then to rent to someone that feels the house can be left anyway they want. *****

Peak Season Ski/Summer/Holidays.. $320/night (2 to 7 night minimum). (PAYPAL)
Moderate Season ................. $275/night (three-night minimum). (PAYPAL)
Low Season ...................... $250/night (two-night minimum).
Peak Season Dates are all 3 day wkends (3nt min), Winter/Spring/Summer
Non Summer and Holiday weekends can be booked for 2 nights
$350.00 DAMAGE deposit required and if home not left decent will charge**
Damage deposit will cover leaving place a mess, or damage..or loss passes.
NO Smoking & Pets Possible 8% County/State Tax & $165 Cleaning Fee.

Year Purchased: 1999
We have owned this home for almost 10 years, and keep it in great condition for great enjoyment by family, friends, and vacation renters. The location is on a cul de sac with just 12 homes with a mini forest in the middle. A great safe location for kids. Bike trail is just a couple of houses away, and the ride to the store for food or movies is just minutes away.
Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
Safe for families, cul de sac has a forrest in the middle for safe vacations. Large and bright. This was a parade of home show when built. Lots of widows to let the outdoors in. The sun shines so much in Sun River with year round fun. No matter if its skiing, biking, hiking. It is all here in Sun River and close by.

You can be assured that we keep everything in good working order or replace it. We have just put in new hard wood floors on the main floor, new ceramic counter tops, new furniture, to include TV, refer, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Our cleaning service is the best, keeping the home clean for the next family and well stocked with normal supplies.

After 8 years we got our first negitive comment. Guest were upset we held back 20% of damage deposit. Per our cleaning service they had to bring in extra help fast to clean up the kitchen for the next guess. In our cleaning service words "The kitchen was just trashed: As we caution on our web site; "treat our house like you would want yours treated" Of course they were not happy with the holdback.
