Rocky Mountain 2 in March - Sunriver, OR - Oregon Rental Vacation Home This beautiful, 2500-square-foot, Sunriver home is spacious and open and perfect for large families or multiple families! *************** WI-FI ****High Speed Internet*********** The large master suite is on the main floor with private bath, walk-in closet, and private access to hot tub. The living room and dining room both open onto the deck that runs across the full length of the back of the home. The game room with foosball table is off the living room and opens onto the secluded hot tub on the back deck. There is an additional master suite on the second floor across the open landing that looks over the living room below (across from other three bedrooms). New sectional with sleeper and recliners, new Bar b Que, Washer/Dryer, Hardwood Floors, paint. Time to relax after skiing or golf. TIME TO RESERVE SUMMER WEEKS and Winter FOR 2008 and all Holidays!! WEEKS and Weekends ARE FILLING UP FAST.... Our home is located an easy bike ride from the back market place for videos or ice cream. There are LOTS OF NEWER adult and children's bikes available in the garage (also a pull-behind baby trailer) Very close to the new Mavricks with Wave Pool for everyone. ***** Must be 25 or older, and we want renters to treat our home like you would want your's treated so the next guest can enjoy it. Leaving the place a mess will cause a reduction of your damage deposit, due to extra time cleaning. Please call to discuss this if you have questions. This helps use to keep down the cost or both cleaning and deposits, some charge $1000 deposit. We would rather not rent the home, then to rent to someone that feels the house can be left anyway they want. *****

Low midweek and last minute bookings, fill-ins between bookings
