  It was a wonderful 3 month stay in this charming place overlooking Boulder. The fireplace made the place so comfy during winter storms. Everything was well supplied and the landlord, Barry, responded quickly if a concern was had. Such a fantastic location - feeling you are in the mountains, but a walk away from Pearl Street mall. Dog friendly was a big bonus for me! This house made a perfect stay in Boulder!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  Well supplied and fun cabin on the outskirts of town. Close to the biking and hiking trail and bikes are supplied which I used every day for the fifteen minute pedal into town. Great view from the balcony. Quite a steep climb up the steps but great fun overall.

  This truly charming house sits on the side of a mountain and across the street is the Boulder Creek which every morining my husband and I either walked or biked to the Pearl Street Mall for a cup of java. Also very close was ALFALFA's Food Market, check it out. This house was equiped with all the amenities, i.e. bikes were provided, cooking gear, comfortable bed, grill, an old fashion stove and WIFI to mention a few things. The wildlife right out your front door we saw a heard of Deer - awesome. By car we were close to downtown Denver's 16 th street mall and the Denver Zoo. My husband and I loved this place and would stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  The house and amenities were actually quite nice. The 65 steps up from the street were a major drawback. I was told by the owner that the property was a steep climb, so I should have asked exactly what was meant by steep. It was the length of the climb that was a problem, not the slope. but if you are looking for a daily workout, this is your spot! Additionally I was told that the property was right next to Boulder creek. In fact it is across a very busy road from Boulder creek, so instead of hearing rushing water, you primarily hear traffic, except in the middle of the night, when if you are up, you might hear the creek. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bikes a nice addition, the location at the edge of town excellent.

  This is a great place. All was as described in the VRBO information. Whenever we go back to Boulder, we will stay in that area. Perfect set up for 2-4 people. So close to downtown Boulder and access to the Boulder Creek trail was a huge benefit. Can't wait to go back.

  This freshly carpeted and contemporary furnished hillside retreat provides complete, privacy yet is just a mile bike ride or walk along Boulder Creek trail through lovely park to West End of Pearl Street! Wifii, and TV available (but who needs it!) Two bikes are provided though I walked into town daily through the park to the trendy shops, markets and restaurants. Just around the bend is an amazing ride though the mountains with rock climbing, mountain biking and hiking trails along beautiful Boulder Creek! You are close to the band shell and public library (which houses a theater and art gallery.) Fortunate to be there during Memorial Weekend Festival - always something to do!

  We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the country. This is the first time we have been pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The house exceeded our expectations. It is adorable and more spacious than we imagined it to be. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults), our toddler, and our two large dogs. The house was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our almost month long stay. It has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed riding the house bikes on the bike path, which can be seen from the house. Our toddler enjoyed the playground a short walk down the path and activities at the library (also a short walk). The location is perfect! Close enough to walk or bike to downtown Boulder but just far enough away to have some privacy to sit on the porch or deck and enjoy the views. Barry is wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for an amazing experience! Next time we are in Boulder we know where to stay!

  The listing description was accurate and the owner reaffirmed that we understood there were many stairs. The property was accurately described by the photos regarding appearance and amenities. The photographs did not reveal the beaufitul sound of the Boulder Creek! We enjoyed the bikes and the bike path to Pearl street. The owner was very helpful answering questions. He supplied all the information we needed before we arrived. It was the perfect location for us with the Boulder Creek path across the street. I would recommend this property and really any of the restaurants on Pearl Street.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It sits in a really pretty area so close to town but totally secluded at the same time. We could hear the rushing water just down below us too. We jumped on the bikes and enjoyed the short ride down to the Pearl Street Mall and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well stocked. I definitely recommend this property and am looking forward to coming back and staying here again.
