Completely furnished, one-bedroom, one-bathroom villa built in 1995, two blocks from the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea, which is north end of Fort Lauderdale beach. Only eight units in the building. Full kitchen, bathroom, and private terrace. Beautiful heated pool and laundry facilities on site. Ample parking.

Rates range per week depending on the time of year. Monthly rates are available. Long weekends are available with three-night minimum for May to November.
