The glassed in porch gives unsurpassed views of the beach , plus ocean views from several other rooms. There is also a wrap around porch for you to enjoy all sides of this house
This cottage has a 30 ft living room, formal dining room , turn of the century eat in kitchen, with modern appliances, there is also a full bathroom located on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and two bedrooms with twin beds [one is a single]. There is also a bathroom with a shower . On the 3rd floor there are two more bedrooms, 1 w/ a queen bed and 1 twin bed and the other has 2 twin beds. This well maintained house sleeps 14 people.
Our ocean front patio is a great area with 2 picnic tables and plenty of space for sitting anytime .
Keywords: This cottage , our 'SandCastle' was built in the early 1900's, as you walk through the doorway you will love each and every room. This house is located on a quiet street, on the ocean front. We have had the same great neighbors for the past 26 years.
