This is a fantastic home tucked away in a gated community. It sits on the 12 fairway and on a quiet dead-end street. The home is well maintained and decorated. We had 5 adults stay for a week. We were there on business and it was nice to come home and discuss our day over supper that we cooked in the house. There is a nice pool in the back yard; we did not get the chance to use it or the jacuzzi. We ran and biked in the neighborhood; the neighbors are neighborly. We would use the home again if we return to Jacksonville.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property description was just as seen on the site and the rooms were set up almost exactly as the photos showed. The property was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful with all our concerns. We would recommend this rental to everyone. The rental was on a golf course and there were other course nearby. My group played every day we were there. There also were shopping malls, theaters, and all types fo restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our time in Jacksonville.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
