  I can't say enough about this house and all the add items that were included. The pool was to cold for us adults to swim but the kids loved it - the games room was a HUGE hit - the kids stayed up late every night playing pool, basketball, arcade games, we had to make them go to bed. The themed rooms were great the kids loved them. We as the parents loved having our room away from the kids rooms for some much needed privacy after a long day at Universal and Islands of Adventure, Tampa Zoo, South Beach. The nieghborhood was very peaceful and beautiful. Can't say enough about the house. Management called once we arrived to make sure everything was in place.

  Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything went really smooth from booking to checkout. We played great golf courses in Clermont and everyone was very friendly. We also enjoyed Disney since it only a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this home to friends and family. This would be a perfect home for two couples with children. We are in the process of checking our calenders for 2014 to return for another great vacation. thanks again for everything.

  This home was enjoyed by 7 adults. We played 5 rounds of golf and enjoyed coming back to the pool and hot tub. We are looking forward to coming back next year

  We were very thrilled with your home, it was much more than we expected. The house was very clean, large enough to house 2 or 3 families, close to the Walmart, located in a safe, friendly, quiet community. The weather was a little cooler during our stay but with the heat in the pool/hot tub ( which we paid extra for) along with the privacy fence that boardered the back yard we enjoyed every afternoon around the pool. There was sun from 8:30 am until 6:00 pm which ment we came home with beautiful tans. We talked to the homeowner a couple of times during our stay, she was very helpful and wanted to make sure that we were completly satisfied. Thank you for sharing your home with us.. We would love to return again next year.

  We have rented homes for many years now and this home is one of the very few that we could actually call a 5 star. Both Jill and her husband were extremely helpful when we arrived slightly earlier than we anticipated and we felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. This home is a large sprawling bungalow with 5 bedrooms, a large foyer, dining room and living room area. The kitchen and open family room were great for cooking when we felt like it and then the traditional BBQ was just outside the Lanai area. The bedrooms were all a good size and with the ensuites were great for our group of six, although it could accomodate more quite easily. The pool area was great with lots of loungers, patio table and chairs. We ate outside most nights under the covered lanai as we had great weather. The hot tub was incredible as we golfed most days and it was nice to be able to relax our worn out muscles. The games room was amazing and we did manage some time for the basket ball toss, although there were plenty of other activities in the room we could have taken advantage of - just didn't have the time. The location is perfect as you are close to Disney, tons of golf courses, including Legends (a great course - say Hello to Earl for us he was amazing), also close to tons of grocery stores, restaurants and not a far drive into all the outlet malls or Universal. There is plenty to do! We could tell that this home was very much loved by the owners as it was impecably clean and had plenty of furniture, (unlike some properties that you can rent), great closet space, etc., it was like leaving home and arriving home for your vacation. You would not want for anything here. We look forward to returning to Clermont for another amazing vacation!

  The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Even better than the pictures. Perfect space for 9 adults. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We were in Clermont for a college softball tournament and the location was great. We will definitely stay at this house again if the team comes back to Clermont next year!!

  It is so hard to put into words how fabulous this home was for our family vacation. We loved the location, the easy access to stores and attractions in the area was perfect! There was eight of us and we had two small children and two tweens with us. The boys loved the game room and pool and my 2 1/2 year old loved the home just as much. The layout of the home was very functional and we spent a lot of time there just relaxing. If you are considering renting a home for your next trip, then look no further. This has everything. Spacious and has so many nice ammenities. Home is kept very clean and trust me we are neat fanatics, so this was just up our ally. We hope that you can enjoy this home as much as we did. We are all ready talking about coming back for 2014!

  This home is condusive to everyone's needs...wonderful location to attractions, shopping, grocery. Property is immaculate, and pool yard with hot tub was everyones favorite! Game room was also a big hit with the adults as well as kids. We will definately be back!!

  Hmmmmm...where to start...We stayed at this beautiful, quiet, luxurious home just a few weeks ago. From the moment we opened the door, we were in heaven! From the spacious living area to the heated pool/spa to the awesome game room...what's not to love!! There are five fabulous bedrooms including two masters. The decor is inviting and tasteful. It was clean and comfortable. For us, it was like our home away from home. The game room was a huge hit for our children. The arcade machine was even a big hit with adults. We actually had Pac Man playoffs. We had a blast!! The kitchen was well equipped. The washer/dryer were a huge plus. The pool was awesome. We especially liked the safety fence and the enclosure. The fence in the back yard was a bonus! It provides so much privacy, you don't even realize there are houses around you. The house itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby playground and some friendly, bread eating cranes who visited us several times during the week. The neighborhood is in close proximity to the Disney parks, touristy shopping, and essentials (Walmart, Publix, etc) There are several great restaurants not more than 10 minutes away. If anyone is looking for the perfect Florida get-a-way, this is it! Whether its a couple looking for some peace and quiet or a family looking for some fun and adventure, this property has everything you couple possibly want We will absolutely be back!!

  Had a great time! The house was perfect! Very clean and well kept. The pool/spa was a big hit with everyone. The teens loved the game room. I highly recommend having the pool heated in the winter. Nothing better then coming home and relaxing in the pool/spa. Shopping and attractions are very close to home but you do need a vehicle to get around. I would recommend this property to all.
