This new (built in 2011) four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Indian Palms. It was professionally decorated and furnished with all the amenities for a luxurious and relaxing visit. Four complete bedrooms, 2,400 square feet of living space, and formal dining make this the home perfect for larger groups (up to eight people). The living room has a fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with HD cable. The master bedroom has an HD TV with regular cable. There is WIFI service, so bring your laptop, and free local and long distance calling with a three station wireless telephone system. Kick back on the outdoor patio while you grill on the gas BBQUE. The attached large two car garage is perfect for storing your vehicles and extra toys.
Indian Palms CC is a resort destination with a 27 hole championship course (three nine hole courses), with a double-ended driving range, and a short game practice are with two putting greens. There are five lighted tennis courts, a fitness center with daily classes, an olympic sized pool, and a second pool at the fitness center.
For shopping LaQuinta is only a five minute drive away, and El Paseo in Palm Desert is noted for its great shops. The Empire Polo grounds, which is the site for many of the festivals held in Indio, is just down the street. There are five casinos within ten miles, and the dining opportunities in the valley are numerous.

Huge,well furnished home in a lovely gated community. We stayed with another couple for March and all enjoyed our stay. The house provided a good balance of privacy and joint areas that worked great for us. Everything we needed came with the house whether it was linens or a completely equipped kitchen. The owners were very co-operative and quick to respond to a couple of minor concerns we had and returned our security deposit quickly. Highly recommended for anyone neededing or wanting lots of space.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

Our family loved staying in this beautiful home. The master bedroom/bath was luxurious! and the spare bedrooms were very nice! It was well stocked in the kitchen; everything new and nicely decorated! The neighbors were friendly and the gated community was very relaxing for biking or walking. Loved the lighted tennis, pool, and fitness center close by, for a very reasonable fee. The location was great, close to good shopping and restaurants. Mark and Leslie were Wonderful to work with! Our best VRBO rental yet! Thank You for a great 6 weeks of fun and sun in the desert! It was lovely ~Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My husband and I stayed for three nights and were pleased at the quiet neighborhood and well equipped kitchen. It is perfect for a family getaway and so close for concerts at the Polo grounds. We would book it again for a longer period of time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

May to August - $200 per night. $800 per week, and $1,600 monthly. September to October - $250 per night,$1,000 per week and $2,000 monthly. November to April $300 per night, $1,800 per week, and $3,500 monthly. Festival Weekends: $3000 for up to 6 nights $500 refundable seecurity deposit. $250 cleaning fee (sorry - large home) 4 night minimum stay for Xmas and New Years weekends.
