Summary:
LOCATION: The property is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Disclaimer: There may be noise from exterior construction at the building from Friday 9AM-5PM (not including holidays).

Roami's Biscayne Penthouse is one of Miami's largest vacation rental condos -- it's luxuriously decorated, centrally-located, and has a private roof terrace, hot tub, in-unit sauna, and spectacular views. The building has its own pool and free, we have Street Parking Only.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 8 adults and 2 children in 4 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: All 3 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 10 and the kitchen island has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE: The private rooftop is only accessible to this particular unit. It includes sun loungers, a 6-person hot tub, a small dining area that has seating for 6 and a sofa.

AMENITIES: The building has a 30'x15' pool (6' deep) and the Morningside gated community has tennis and basketball courts just a 5 minute walk away.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 sleeper sofa, 8 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

Cleanliness was not up too par.It is a nice area with view but it was just not clean. Floor was dirty chairs had who knows what kind of stains, but beds were clean.

Completely unsatisfactory!

Many things not working, especially the hot tub, wi-fi, ice maker, TV remotes, I could go on and on. The worst point is that we could not reach property management for help. The "Contact Us" rolled to voice mail and then cut off. You're on your own! Beware that there is no parking anywhere around this building. We were given a parking space, but don't think this is the norm. The only pluses were the location, the view, and that we got a parking space. When we tried to review, the Roami site would not allow anything but 5 stars. Wow! No honest feedback desired.

Less than a week notice!!!!

I originally purchased a penthouse suite near downtown Miami. The company calls me with less than a week to go before I depart for my trip and tells me they have to downgrade my room! Based on the amount of guest I had with me they had to provide me with two rooms. They refunded me over $1200 so I knew this was going to be a horrible downgrade. I asked for any other rooms like the penthouse suite I originally purchased, they told me “unfortunately there isn’t any more luxury rooms available. It’s like telling a kid on Christmas that he’s getting the latest X-box all year, but then a week before Christmas you give him a 3 year old PlayStation! I’m not mad I’m just disappointed. Please do better. This was my first and will be my last time utilizing this method of vacationing. Oh yeah, and you want me to leave a review on the room you took away from me.

Lavish! Elegant! Grandiose! Elopement dream!

Incredible! Mr. Alonso provided immediate responsive open-communication and truly made it a smooth experience. We planned an elopement wedding in 30 days! My soon to be wife, our 10 year old son, mother in law, father in law and brother in law all came together at different times from different states to celebrate our union. Under one roof penthouse offered us each a private and special experience! The rooftop deck, the well designed and comfortable bedrooms, full sized bathrooms, sauna, hot tub and breathtaking views with gorgeous windows and full kitchen cookware offered us the perfection my soon to be wife dreamed. The downtown location was next to fine dining, shopping, beaches, museums was absolutely incredible as well! Thank you!
