This experience was SO much better than any hotel
While in the twin cities, don't even think about staying in a hotel! The place is warm, inviting, comfortable and has everything you need. Even has a kitchen if you like to cook, at least some meals. Plus, what hotel has a whirlpool tub? The hosts were so wonderful, very helpful, responsible, couldn't have asked for nicer people. Plus I have a dog, and they are definitely dog people, not just putting up with dogs because they have to. I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation!

Great value, great location
Really nice location in Minneapolis, just south of downtown and on the bike path, it's really easy to get around. Very good value, and the innkeeper Scott is was accommodating with our late arrival.

Owner response: Thanks for staying with us, Dan! You hit the nail on the head with our location, that is why Jenna and I live in this building, too. Bike trails, bus at the door, and freeway entrance around the block. Plus walking one block to our favorite coffee and ice cream shop. Hope we can host you again in the future!
Everything you'd need for a perfect vacation!
Everything you'd need for a perfect vacation!
We stayed at this studio for a week in July 2011. Our first time in the Twin Cities area. My husband, kitty & I had a great time! You can trust the description & photos of the unit - they are all accurate! You can trust the owners too - Scott & Jenna are very nice people & great hosts! Communication before, during & after our stay was timely & excellent. They are true professionals. It was a crazy hot week & we had some issues with the AC (just like most of Minneapolis, I suppose!) :-) -- Scott went out of his way, searched throughout the city & got us a new AC ASAP! The time for the dishwasher came too - a brand new dishwasher was installed the following morning, while we were gone! Talk about fast response! Both Scott & Jenna went the extra mile to provide us with all we needed during our vacation - and they were very mindful of our precious kitty, who loved the studio as well, btw! :-) We had all the amenities, and I know they are still upgrading! Beds were comfy, the unit was cozy, we had privacy & felt safe & taken care of. The garden's beautiful. There's plenty of secure parking in front of our door. One of the best things though: the Location! It couldn't be more perfect: close to everything! We had a car, but drove only short distances! All the attractions were around & easy to find! You could never be bored in Twin Cities area - so many & wonderful museums, gardens & lakes - we wish we had more time! Health food stores, markets & organic food places are within 4 miles! So, we highly recommend this studio - a cozy place (home away from home!), great customer service & a perfect location! Thank you so much, Scott & Jenna, we appreciate all you did for us! We wish you all the best! We will be back, if you'd like to accommodate us the next time we're in town! Gergana & Tosho P.S.: For vacationers, who might be interested, we recommend: the Chain of Lakes (relax & lots of activities); the Minneapolis Institute of Arts; the Bakken Museum; the Cathedral of St. Paul; the Stone Arch Bridge & St. Anthony Falls; the Minnehaha Falls; the Mall of America, with Sealife Aquarium & Amusement Park inside; the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden; the Rose Garden; the Peace Garden; the Wildflower Garden; the Como Zoo & Gardens; the Minnesota Zoo, with IMAX theatre; the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum...etc... Yep, plenty for everyone, kids or adults! And we were impressed - many of the attractions are free or have very low entrance fees!

Why the Owner Chose Minneapolis:
We purchased this multi-unit building to live in because of its' incredibly convenient location. You can get anywhere fast, on highways or using public transportation. And lakes and parks are very close.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant. We are one block from a chain coffee shop and an independent coffee shop with soups, sandwiches and the Twin Cities best ice cream (Sebastian Joe's).
