Nestled into a rocky outcropping located atop a typical Maine rocky setting and overlooking Fish House Cove, Cordelia is a cozy two bedroom house that sleeps four (plus a sleeper sofa). A private deck retreat with lounge chairs, umbrellas and a gas grill allows for outdoor cooking. Cordelia has wonderful ocean and sunrise views. The interior provides a bright large kitchen and open-plan living and dining room with a wood burning stove. Fully furnished, linens included, cable TV. Property also provides horseshoes and badminton.

The entire Phippsburg Peninsula is a lovely historic area that remains a colony of active fishing communities enjoying uncommon beauty, the long reach of salt-marsh solitude, sound of the breaking surf, and fragrance of salt air mingled with fresh spruce and pine. The people are friendly and hard working. The abundance of wildlife and natural wonders is breathtaking.
