Is this a private home or a 5-star hotel?! Margaritaville House offers 3200 square feet of bliss, from a heated pool in a vast lanai with an atrium ceiling to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Sleeping 13 in luxury, our house is fit for royalty . . . you!

From the moment you see our 2-story Mediterranean-style home of sunwashed pink and gleaming white, you'll know you've 'Arrived'! Tall, stately trees shade the large front yard in this gated community. Step inside and you enter our living room, with cathedral ceiling, hardwood floor, fireplace, built-in entertainment center that includes an HDTV and new Blue Ray/DVD player, and ultra-comfortable couches. Warm tones of yellow, gold, and honey welcome you to the most relaxing vacation of your life!

But you may not spend too much time in the living room, because an even more amazing space awaits you at the back of the house: a giant lanai with an atrium ceiling and heated pool with spa! The views are breathtaking, from the lake beyond the manicured back lawn to the series of columns that support the roof, adding another layer of shade to the lanai. Float in the pool, gazing up at scattered white clouds chasing across a blue sky, and feel the workaday cares melt away! Perhaps it's time for a tall frosty glass of the drink for which Margaritaville House was named?

Even if you're traveling with a large group, they'll find comfort and space to spare in our generously proportioned house. With 4 bedrooms and 3½ baths, Margaritaville House sleeps 13 very easily. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king bed, LCD TV, and en suite bathrooms boasting marble counter space, soft spot lighting, and his-and-her sinks. Separate bath and shower ensure that two people can share each bathroom without bumping elbows!

The third bedroom offers two double beds, an LCD TV, and plenty of space, while the 4th is a cheerful galley for the kids. Two sets of bunkbeds (with safety rails and super-soft mattresses) and a trundle bed sleep 6 ankle-biters. And if you've got one or two more people who need a plush berth, just pull out the sofa sleeper in the family room! (There's a big HDTV in that room, too!)

As you might have noticed, comfort and entertainment are the watchwords in our house, and we even have a large game room with a full-size pool table and pair of recliners in front of a large HDTV. And if the little ones want to indulge in a quick game of Twister or spread out their Legos on the carpet, there's more than enough room.

Staying in Margaritaville House may make you reluctant to leave, so just in case you have a cook or two in your party, our gourmet, state-of-the-art kitchen turns 'dining in' into an unforgettable experience! Equipped with an island, glass-topped breakfast table, granite countertops, convection oven, and all the modern appliances you could wish for, this gleaming kitchen makes even quick meals into special occasions! And our dining room is worthy of your finest dishes, with a lovely polished wood table that seats 8 beneath a handsome contemporary chandelier. (It's also the perfect location for poker night, with refreshments close at hand on the convenient sideboard!)

But why cook indoors in balmy Florida, where the evenings are so long and the weather so lovely? We also have a fully operational outdoor patio kitchen, with a state-of-the-art grill, sink, and all the accoutrements you need to whip up a quick snack or a full meal. Smooth tiles encourage you to cook barefoot, while the fieldstone decor just adds to the outdoorsy feel of this ultra-modern living space. As you grill your freshly-caught fish on propane grill in the soft sea breeze, you'll feel as though you're posing for a spread in Coastal Living magazine!

And to work up an appetite for all these gourmet delights, you need never leave the beauty of the Ocean Hammock resort! Two full miles of private beach -- sugary sands, sparkling waves, breathtaking sunrises -- await you just a stroll away! There are also walking trails and more.
