'Is this a private home or a 5-star hotel?!' Our Bermuda Bay House offers 3780 square feet of bliss, a private elevator, a private pool, spa, third floor gourmet kitchen and living room, and fully equipped outdoor summer kitchen with propane grill.
From the moment you see our 3-story Mediterranean-style home with a state of the art elevator, you'll know you've 'Arrived'! Tall, stately trees shade the large front yard in this gated community. Step inside and you enter our 1st floor family room, with tile floors, and a HDTV. It also accesses the large outdoor patio with the swimming pool, spa, and summer kitchen. There is even a handy bathroom that is accessible from the outside patio!
But you may not spend too much time on the first floor, because an even more amazing space and views awaits you on the 3rd level with living room featuring a 50' HDTV, Blue Ray Player, gourmet kitchen (with 42' built in refrigerator, induction cooker & convection combo wall oven), granite breakfast bar, dining table and a master bedroom suite complete with a jetted jacuzzi tub and private patio with views to the west. There is also another large outdoor tiled patio with comfy chairs and partial ocean views.
The highlight of your stay may be on the 3rd floor with another master bedroom suite complete with a 42' plasma HDTV. The 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms, the private laundry room and 2 bathroom.
The back of the house is gated with a heated pool and spa! Float in the pool, gazing up at scattered white clouds chasing across a blue sky, and feel the workaday cares melt away! And why cook indoors when the evenings are so long and the weather so lovely? We also have a fully operational outdoor patio kitchen, with a state-of-the-art propane grill, sink, and refrigerator and all the accoutrements you need to whip up a quick snack or a full meal. Smooth tiles encourage you to cook barefoot, while the fieldstone decor just adds to the outdoorsy feel of this ultra-modern living space. As you grill your freshly-caught fish in the soft sea breeze, you'll feel as though you're posing for a spread in Coastal Living magazine!
Even if you're traveling with a large group, they'll find comfort and space to spare in our generously proportioned house. With 4 bedrooms and 5½ baths, Bermuda Bay Beach House sleeps 8. There are two master bedroom suites and plenty of bathrooms.

About the owner: My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
