We were there for 2 weeks, the pictures/ video did not do the place justice, excellent location, very nice building staff, plenty of room in the apartment, 3 big bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, great views, nice decor ( only complaint the shades in all the rooms are see thru...so the sunrise wakes you up, I'm an early riser anyway!) terraces throughout the apt, including a huge one off the master bedroomRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time. The place was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach! Would go again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

BEWARE the photos posted! This condo does not live up to what you are being shown. The place was DIRTY – very dirty! There were dust balls falling from the vents in the ceiling, ants on the bed, coffee stains on the walls of the dining area, the inside of a fridge you don't want to imagine, floors so dirty you would not dare take off your socks, and a big wad of hairy gum stuck to the floor of the master bathroom – to mention a few issues. The curtains are frayed and tearing off the metal wire strung across the ceiling – there are no blinds anywhere so be ready to wake up at the crack of dawn. Photos speak a thousand words and I have several of my own to back up my review. To the owners of the unit – your place has potential but whatever you are paying to have your condo managed, PLEASE demand a refund because it is GROSS. This type of dirt does not come from 1 missed cleaning service but rather from months of neglectOwner response: This is the only negative review we have on this property since this tenant was not satisfied with everything we provided to make his stay a better one. We have provided everything the renter had asked from us. There was a gum stuck to the floor and some minor things that were missed in the cleaning from the previous tenant but the same day we had sent our cleaning lady to re-clean the entire apartment at no charge to the tenant. In addition, we had extra blinds installed per their request.

This 2 story penthouse loft was the vacation rental of our dreams. We could have never imagined being anywhere else. This place has its own private large outdoors deck and with amazing views of the ocean. We cannot imagine going anywhere else on our next trip to this amazing city, not far from south beach and more!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
