Wow, this condo was wonderful! Me, my husband, 2 yr old son, my sister, and 2 brothers all stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the place! It had everything we were looking for and much more! Had tons of room for all of us! I would definately recommend it to anyone! Just a short walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful! We had dear in the yard everyday we were there! We would absolutely return to this rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We (family of 5) have stayed in a number of places in OS over the years. This was the first time we've stayed this far south and we loved it. Great beaches and trails to walk on and hike, not crowded at all, not too far from town when we needed supplies. We'll probably be spending more of our trips in this area. The condo was fairly spacious. It was clean, beds and most everything was as advertised. Washer and Dryer were very handy. Kitchen claims "gourmet", but it was all Ikea cheap stuff and barely enough for our group of 6. The claim that the dining table seats 8 would be hard without enough chairs, glassware or un-chipped plates. There were 2 dinner forks and a whole bunch of tiny salad forks. Bedrooms were also cheap Ikea with uncomfortable beds (sagging mattress). As advertised there is a (one) tv and internet, but the ISP connection regularly got dropped. There were 2 huge negatives. The first 2 nights out of our 4 night stay there was a herd of very loud college kids singing karaoke and holding drinking games upstairs. At 11:15 at night they were drowning out our TV. Took multiple requests each night to get them to tone it down. When the unit is booked by the agent they limit headcount to 8, this turned out to be an owner booked group. This groups' last morning I counted 9 mostly hungover people around their cars and it sounded like more were still in the unit. The other big issue was the mildew smell in the master bathroom. We thought it was only coming from under the jetted tub. Then the college kids left their master shower running upstairs and water came in through the light in our bathroom ceiling, so that may have been part of the mildew source also. So, we had a great time. But it should have been better and we'll be looking for somewhere else next time.Owner response: I am happy to take care of requests from Guests while they stay in our units. There are times when guests take silver-ware, do not disclose the number of guests, do not respect quiet-time between 10 PM and 9:00 AM. We have the right to evict noisy guests if the management company is made aware of the situation. We also have over 80 pieces of spare silverware ready to provide to our guests if any is lacking. The internet router sometimes may need to be re-booted and we can call the ISP if the service is down. We urge any future guests to make us aware of any deficiency as soon as possible so we can correct it. We also want guests that respect quiet time after 10PM.

Just returned from 2 nights at Bristol Condos with our two adult daughters, son in law and new baby. The unit was wonderful - all new and very clean!! Garage parking with code. Check in was excellent. We walked to the beach and walked. Had deer in the yard every day so that was fun! Ate at Alec by the Sea and excellent as always, shopped, played games in, etc. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We loved this condo. I took my wife and 3 kids. With a family this size we need two hotel rooms anytime we stay overnight. Bristol Court was about the same price as two hotel rooms, but so much better. We could all stay together, but my wife and I had the privacy of our own room (with Jacuzzi tub). There was lots of space, a full kitchen, a large dining area, a living room, and a balcony in addition to the three bedrooms and two baths. The views were great, water on three sides. We had deer walking around under the balcony. The location is away from the touristy area, so all you hear is the waves and the gulls, but it's in walking distance of our favorite beach - Damon Point. This is exactly what I was looking for in a vacation rental. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The condo was just as described. What a beautiful condo. It was very comfortable and didn't feel crowded! Anybody who may be looking for a great alternative to a hotel in the area wouldn't go wrong with this property. It was very clean and was very convenient to the beach and to town. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed so we did not have to bring anything with us except our beach towels. Having internet access, plus a washer and dryer was very convenient. We would love to stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely Ocean Shores condo. Walking on the beach was a favorite activity, and we also spent many hours relaxing inside with the incredible views. It's a cozy atmosphere for the two of us, but easily adapted for a family setting when our children joined us over the weekend. The great room accommodated all of us for cooking, dining, and spending time together; with plenty of privacy for sleeping. We want to arrange a return visit, with my brothers and their families in the other units for a beach reunion.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were happy with our stay from late spring of 2011. I forgot to write the review on this place forever ago, but better late than never. We had two Seattle weddings to attend earlier this year. On the drive down the coast after the 1st one we were taking every side road we could find. We only got this far in 2 days and found this peninsula on accident really. It gorgeous. We heard about this place from when we bumped into a couple from Germany (my wife's native country) at a restaurant and asked where they stayed. So, when we went for the 2nd wedding we made plans to fly instead and spend our travel time here instead of on the road. We were so happy we did. The place was clean, well appointed and sensibly priced. We invited another pair of couple to enjoy the weekend with us. It was a wonderful place and we had a wonderful time. We recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

If you are looking for an Ikea Model Home, you found it here! Each room has minimal furniture & the furniture is cheap & uncomfortable. We made the "manager"/owner aware that we would be arriving several hours early thinking we would get a pro-rated daily rate or courtesy considering we booked and paid for a 7 nights stay. Instead, we were charged a full nights rate for a few hours stay. Upon arrival, we found fresh dog urine on the carpeting in several spots as well as the kitchen & bathrooms to be far less than clean. We called the "manager"/owner & advised him of our findings. He did send out a cleaning crew but, we had to give up a day of our trip to babysit cleaners as they came in to reclean the unit as we would not leave them alone with all of our belongings. The property itself is not so bad if furnished and managed properly. It appeared to us that this property is situated in a not so desirable part of town although the structure itself does not look that bad. There is a 3 story stair hike to the unit, with luggage, it is difficult. We were there for a family medical reason which was most stressful in itself. We found the neighbors (other renters & neighbors) to be very disturbing & inconsiderate most nights of our rental. We were even yelled at and heckled by them when we opened the door and politely asked them to keep it down. Needless to say, we had a very disturbed unrelaxed, uncomfortable visit. All of the troubles here only added to ours. After that initial complaint, we sent the "manager"/owner emails, photos & video of the occurances to support our complaints and displeasure. We brought all of our concerns and problems to his attention in which all were ignored & disregarded except sending out a cleaning crew to reclean. We never heard back from him. This property appears to be strictly money managed without the personal owners tlc & touch one hopes for. Save your money, save your frustrations! We have very hectic schedules and value every quiet minute when we can get away. We have stayed at this condo on our last two trips to Ocean Shores and hope to do so again on our next trip. The Owner is very accomodating and helpful. The condo is quality construction with lots of space, clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including a large garage. While nothing is very far away at Ocean Shores, this area offers the peace and quiet that we value so much with great views of the surrounding area and the quiet harbor beaches that are just a block away.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
