King Master Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 3 Bunk Sets and TV that shares a hall bathroom with a bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV, laundry area, and Elevator access to all levels.
Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms (one with TV/VCR), Semi-private Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access (bathroom shared with family room), family room with TV/DVD/VCR, foosball table and deck access, and a half bath between mid and top levels.
Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4, dining room seating 14, and 2 King Master Bedrooms with TV/VCR, deck access and private bathrooms with whirlpool bath tub and separate shower.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
This is one fabulous home. It's sooo close to the ocean. Just one house between you and the ocean with plenty of views in all directions. It's just a couple of minutes walking distance and you're on the beach.
Our house has a super sized granite counter kitchen, with TWO 25' stainless side-by-side refrigs, and two stainless dishwashers. Separate wine refrig.
There is plenty of seating with the two full sized dining tables which are side by side and seating for four more at the kitchen bar/counter.
The elevator offers lots of convenience for toting all those groceries and alternative to steps for those who wish to avoid them!
Another unique feature is that Pebble Beach really has 3 living rooms or den areas. The upper floor has a sofa and easy chairs in a nice seating area, the mid-level has the same thing again, and the lower level has another den area with a pool table, wet bar, and refrig nearby!
