I was given the assignment of finding housing for 4 physicians (including myself) visiting San Francisco for a medical convention at Moscone Center. Initially, I had hoped to find a Brvo location closer to Market. How fortunate that we took this property instead! The location is perfect. The walk to and from the meeting was a bit long, but very do-able. A couple times we took taxis. The best thing about the location is that we could walk around North Beach and Fisherman's Warf for restaurants and entertainment. The apartment was fantastic. very clean and comfortable. 3 of us had private bedrooms, and one of us slept in the living room which was very comfortable and had it's own door for privacy. The couch could easily sleep 3 more people, and the roll-away was extremely comfortable. This will be the first place I try to get next time I need a room in S.F.Did you find this review helpful? As a family of four we were looking for an apartment located close to all of the tourist centers in San Francisco so that we wouldn't need a car, and at nights could relax over a glass of Californian wine and some great Italian food of our own making. The Boutikia apartment at Fishermans Wharf exceeded all of our expectations. Fishermans wharf, Chinatown, the Ferries and Buses to Muir Woods, Sonoma County and of course alcatraz are all within 5- 10 minutes walk of the apartment. I never thought it would be possible to have a relaxing quiet stay whilst remaining close to all of the major attractions, but that is exactly what the apartment delivered. 5 out of 5 - Thanks BoutikiaDid you find this review helpful? We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherman's Wharf property. The location was perfect and everything we could ever need was provided. Check in and check out were easy and public parking was not too far away.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was a totally stress-free rental experience, from checking ourselves in with a door code to leaving when we were ready. Booking was straightforward and the staff were really helpful, but it was nice not to have to have a formal start and finish to our stay. On the subject of service, our deposit was refunded swiftly too. The apartment suited us really well, as an assorted party of seven: two grandmas, mum and dad and three teenage boys. The boys admittedly took over the lovely living room, with its enormous sofa and a Z-bed, but bed linen was easily stowed during the day. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had masses of linen, plenty of crockery and an efficient washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Toiletries and detergents were all provided too, which was a nice touch. We particularly liked it because it had everything we needed, but nothing was too precious so that you felt you had to walk on eggshells. There was a little deck outside, but it was overlooked from various angles. As far as locations go, we couldn't have chosen anywhere better. We were a few minutes walk from Fisherman's Wharf and within easy walking distance (if you don't mind hills!) from the centre. There were lovely, independent cafes and handy neighbourhood grocery stores and a nearby Trader Joe, but Safeway and Starbucks etc too, all within walking distance. It was a pleasant, peaceful road. Best of all, if the sky was clear, we could see - admittedly far in the distance! - the Golden Gate Bridge.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This home was wonderful. We had 4 adults and 4 young children staying in this home. It was very comfortable and beautiful. We were within walking distance of everything around Fisherman's Wharf. We did have a quick issue with the washing machine, but I emailed Boutikia and was responded to quickly to get the problem solved. Would recommend this property.Did you find this review helpful? My son and I spent 6 days in this incredible apartment. Very spacious. It was immaculate and well stocked. Convenient to all attractions and since we visited over Thanksgiving we found parking on the street every day, but also did lots of walking as well. Grocery store and coffee shops within walking distance. Excellent customer service before and during stay. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This apartment has truly the best location in San Francisco. It is in walking distance to many of San Francisco's attractions. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was no need to take taxi or use the public transportations. The apartment was very spacious. We were six couples and one baby and everyone had enough space. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Extra towels, blankets and duvets. The bottom line is that this is an beautiful apartment with great location. I would recommend it to everyone. And when I go back I would definitely see if I can rent this apartment again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My fiance and I, along with two other young couples, stayed in this condo as the last leg of a three-part trip in Northern California. It was perfect. The location is great for grabbing bike rentals to the GG Bridge, jogging in the morning along the Embarcedero, or taking a stroll to the Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf or the Trolleys. Its also a quick walk or cab ride out to a variety of restaurants and bars. It's convenient enough to make stops and freshen up after a long day and before a night out. It was also easy to get in, with just an address and keycode, so there's no hassle involved in getting in late and finding a key. The bedrooms are uneven in size, but very nice, clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the back patio and living room are nice and relaxing. There is one and a half baths, so it'll be cozy, but no problem among close friends. When compared to getting hotel rooms- its no question. We could stock the kitchen for breakfast, snacks and drinks and we could all hangout together while getting ready to head out and after coming in late. All this for a FRACTION of what we would've spent on three hotel rooms. My only critiques are 1)the dvd player wasn't wired and 2)one bathroom and one bedroom didn't have mirrors (both easy fixes). Also- be weary that it's on a steep hill and has steep stairs (typical of San Fran), so maybe not ideal for everyone. Overall, though, I HIGHLY recommend this condo and this owner.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for the great review. I have fixed the DVD player and added a mirror in the half bath. Appreciate your feedback.

We just got back from a long weekend to celebrate my son's graduation from Sfsu. In addition, my other son had 3 open heart surgeries in april. We had lots to celebrate and this is the ideal family place to do it. The home is spotless and so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds? The most comfortable for a vacation rental we've had and we've travelled all over the world. The 1/2 bath was not a problem and the location and amenties and even the neighbors in the building are an added plus. We had 3 cars up there and parking was not a big issue for us at all. The location? Perfect for travellers, family reunion or business.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The check-in/check-out process couldn't be easier. The apartment is just as beautiful as the photos lead you to believe, the kitchen is very well-stocked (I don't even own half the appliances/cookware they have available!) and the location is charming. The apartment is out of the action enough to sleep peacefully, but a short walk to find great coffee, restaurants, etc. We loved wandering out a short two blocks to Cafe Capriccio every morning for a coffee and granola and recommend you do the same! :)Did you find this review helpful?
