Aside from the Happy Days Hideaway, we also own on the property The Good Ol' Days House -- which is a private house rental with 3 bedrooms. 2.5 baths and a free blast to the past down memory lane. An Old-fashioned candy store ( ice cream cones) and antique shop we recently opened across the street on Broad avenue called "SWEET NOSTALGIA ON BROAD".

This was my grandparents home for 60 years and this Hideaway was formerly my Aunt's Beauty Salon for almost 50 years.
