  I have vacationed at Terra Verde twice before but this was our first time staying at this wonderful home. Mike was a pleasure to work with, responded quickly, great host and very accommodating. The house has everything we needed, from linens to dishes to pots and pans. House was clean, check in was a breeze and the kids loved the community pool especially the house pool. The house pool was a save for our vacation since we got some light rain in the beginning and the kids were able to still go swimming due the convenience of the pool being right in back. The kids loved having their individual night light and speaker. Everything was pleasant and inviting. I was very happy that our experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Mike The Baskerville Family

  This townhome was the best we’ve ever rented. We’ve stayed in another unit in Terra Verde in the past however this one far exceeded the last one. The unit was modern & clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great to relax in after long days at the parks. It is close to numerous restaurants. It’s within a 10 minute drive to all Disney parks & about 20 minutes to Universal. The rental process was quick & easy. Although we didn’t spend time at the resort pool my husband and I did make a quick stop at the Tiki Bar for a drink while the kids were back at the home with their grandparents. Very nice atmosphere and wished we would have had more time to spend an entire day at the pool area with the kids. We will be planning another trip with the family in the future and will definitely check into renting this property again if available and will recommend it to friends/family who are planning a trip to the Orlando area. Thank you Mike for a great vacation getaway!

  This house was by far the best we rented. It was very very clean and cozy , spacious, well maintenance and everything looked new inside. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was good for relaxing after long hours at the parks. The community is nice and quiet. All the parks , shops , restaurants and malls are a short drive. Every year we are looking for nice rentals in Kissimmee, we did that for the last 6 years. We rented from 4 to 8 bedrooms houses in different communities, like Windsor Hills Resort, Formosa Gardens , Venetian Bay etc. The houses were all good, but if I ask the kids if they want to go to the same house, it's always a "no". And looking for a nice home in a nice community is spending a lot of time on line. When we arrived at Terra Verde we were surprised, it was very nice, the people at the gate and club house were very friendly and help full. The house was not small and not too big, just the perfect size.And the kids loved it. So when the kids told me: " Next year same resort and same same home" ,while we just got there, I was so happy. No more house searching and the price is great. Thank you Mike.

  When planning our Orlando family vacation I wanted a home where everyone could have their own space, option to prepare meals and not too far from the theme parks. After reading lots of reviews and searches online I fell in love with this home. I emailed and called Mike a few times with questions and he was always courteous and professional and made the reservation process seem effortless. A week before our stay I received an email from the property management company detailing the check in process, area information etc. The check in process was a breeze and we were in our rental home within minutes. When we walked into the home, I knew I made the right decision to stay here. The home was clean, spacious and looks exactly like the pictures shown on this site, there was definitely no misrepresentation. Everyone felt right at home instantly. Terra Verde is a nice, secure and quiet community and we had no problems with anything during our stay. Having a private pool was great so we didn't need to use the club house pool during the stay. There was even a grill available at the home and although we never used it, it was great to have the option. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be comfortable and relaxed on their vacation and where everything is spotless and clean. The owner and management of this home have done a wonderful job on the decor and maintenance of this home to ensure guests have a wonderful vacation and I can't wait to stay here again!!!

  Overall our stay at this property was incredibly lovely and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. There were a couple of glitches, the first being that the homeowner did not send us the code to enter the house but with a quick call to the the management company (very helpful to know that number!) there was a very nice man named Steven at the doorstep to let us in and he was there in a very short time period. We also found that the house got very hot at night, I assume that this is because the air con is set to turn off for a period of time a night but it makes for a very hot wakeup. The pool heat also stopped working a few times during our stay, apparently due to the fact that the filter needed to be replaced. Steven of the management company responded promplty to our requests to have it fixed but it was a bit annoying that it continued to happen. Overall, however, our stay was wonderful! The decor in this house is really beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the mickey room was such a hit with the child that we had staying with us, it was complete with stuffed animals and all. The location at the end of the cul de sac was also lovely since the house backed on a greenspace and was in an incredibly relaxing environment. The wi-fi, cable and flat screen tv's were also a big hit! We stayed in this house during our wedding trip to Florida and it was pretty close to perfection, we will never forget this house or the memories that we made in it during our stay. I will pass your air conditioning comments along to our property manager Stephen who will have it inspected. We have guests in the unit currently and will make sure it is working properly. It is not normal operation if you awoke to a 2 degree or warmer house than the digital thermostat setting. We have replaced the pool filter, which the pool company said was causing the heater to stop working. As with any home rental, normal wear and tear can cause the occasional malfunction. We do our very best to respond to any problem that arises in a prompt and professional manner.

  I searched for quite some time for a house to rent for our family vacation (3 adults, 4 children). We were searching for a house within our budget that had modern decor and style, good reviews and CLEAN. At the time, this house didn't have a ton of reviews, but the ones provided were good and the house was just what we were looking for. The booking process was smooth. It was easy to reach the owner and he responded in a timely manner and was always a polite and professional. When we arrived at the resort, checking in was easy as well. Everyone was very friendly. We arrived at the house and found it clean and just as we expected. The only thing was that the pool was not heated (which we had paid for and requested). I understand we are all human and things happen. We were refunded for the night. It was just a bummer because we had expected to go swimming that evening after our traveling and the kids were disappointed. But it was warm the next day. So I would only recommend if you are having the pool heated, just to confirm that the owner put that in the information to the management company. The house has almost anything that you need for your stay. There are things that you need to provide, but that's expected. But as for dishes, pans, etc, there was plenty. I can't think of one thing I'd recommend them adding. Walmart was only 2 miles (or less) away. A Target wasn't much further, but I was content going to Walmart as the Target was not a grocery Target. The parks were only about 10 minutes away and easy to get to. I cannot comment on the resort itself as we spent so much time at the parks, we didn't use the resort amenities. We did use our pool quite a bit and loved having it. We were so pleased and any time I hear someone talking about a Disney trip, I send them this listing. It's a great house in a quiet area. I felt safe to go out whenever I needed. We hope to stay here again when we go back. We love disney and this house! Thanks for the great stay and service. Everything was wonderful and we have some awesome memories.

  We rented the condo for 9 days during the Christmas Holiday season. Upon arrival we were easily greeted by Terra Verde staff at the gate who were welcoming and provided us with check-in instructions. The condo was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young children. The condo was adequately spacious for us all. The 3 bathrooms allowed us all to get ready for the days at the same time. Our young daughters loved the kids bedroom with the Disney decor. The girls also enjoyed the kids toys and games that were on hand in the living room! All other bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, the beds provided great night sleep! The kitchen had many dishes and appliances, allowing for some variety in what meals we could prepare for ourselves. Before arriving we arranged for the pool to be heated for our enjoyment. We LOVED the pool and it was a perfect temperature to enjoy. The pool was always clean and the deck surrounding the pool had lounge chairs and table and an additional gate that reassured us that the girls couldn't gain access to the water when we weren't all using the pool. The pool heater had a minor mechanical problem, but when we called the managment team, they promptly fixed it for us. We felt safe at all times within the gated community of Terra Verde. The staff were always welcoming and kind. We didn't get a chance to make use of the shared community pool but did take the girls to the play structures at the park. The location of the condo was close to the Disney theme parks, Walmart and many other shopping and dining options. It was approximately half an hour drive from the Orlando Airport. We had excellent communication with the owners in regards to booking and any other questions we had about the condo and surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this property to others, including large groups (such as our 8 people). We will definitely stay here again....but for LONGER! Thanks!   My husband and I with our 5 year old daughter & 6 month old son stayed at this beautiful home for just over a week. We were very comfortable and had lots of room to spread out. My daughter loved the bunk beds in the mickey mouse themed room. We were able to have our son in his own room (using the pack & play provided) and we enjoyed the king size bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed (sippy cups, tupperware, all the cooking utensils and pots & pans you would need). There was plenty of dishcloths as well - and we also took advantage of the dishwasher. It was great having the washer & dryer in our unit as we purposely packed light knowing we'd be able to do laundry throughout our stay. Having the pool in our backyard was wonderful. We did use the resort pool a couple times, but having to work around our sons naptime allowed us to have a swim whenever we wanted. It was quick & easy to get connected to the wireless internet - which we were grateful for having - to allow us to keep in touch with family & friends at home. The location is perfect. It seems like it's in a remote area, but using the Oren Brown rd., we quickly were able to get to numerous restaurants & the super walmart within minutes. And getting to the parks, gatorland, and even old town was quick & easy as well. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable trip! We will certainly be checking the availability of this property for our next Florida vacation. This property is beautiful and it is apparent at how well the house & contents are maintained.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  An Amazing Holiday Home We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in this terrific house. The house was better than we expected from the description, absolutely wonderful. We were just a short trip to Disney or universal, about 20 mins, and the house had everything we could wish for at the end of a long day in the parks, even some rain ponchos in case of the storms, ha ha ha. The standard of everything and cleanliness were top notch from the great pool to the wonderfully comfortable beds. Being an overseas visitor we paid using an international bank draft, very easy and safe. The owners helped arrange everything for our arrival and were always available to assist throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the Kissimee area, its spacious, well appointed, clean and convenient, in other words........PERFECT!!!! Thanks again Mike for letting us use your wonderful house, we will be back in a couple of years.

  This place was beautiful and very comfortable for two families. The four boys loved the bunk beds. The pool was a great feature to come back to at the end of our day at the park. The house is in a convenient location to the parks and there is a Walmart right down the road. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
