Nestled amid a magnificent grove of coconut trees, your condominium couldn't be located in a better place on the island. Just 15 minutes from the airport, a short drive to the North Shore and Rain Forests and to the south, famous Poipu Beach (with its natural lava tube blowhole), breathtaking Waimea Canyon (The Grand Canyon of the Pacific) as well as Lydgate Park, one of a few beaches with a lifeguard on duty offering swimming and snorkeling in two protected tide pools abundant with Exotic Sealife.
Can it get any better than this? YOU BET!! Your condominium is located in the Best Western Plantation Hale Beach Resort with its own activity center, steps away from The Coconut Market Place offering Shopping, Great Family Restaurants and a Famous Luau. Sometimes it's just nice to leave the car parked!
Your condominium is equipped with two full-size beds in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room which would allow you to sleep five very comfortably. Enjoy the gentle tradewinds as you relax on your large private lanai, fully-equipped with patio furniture. ALL OF THE AMENITIES OF A HIGHCLASS RESORT. COMPLIMENTARY CHAMPAGNE, FRESH ISLAND FLOWERS, AYURVEDIC SOAP AND LOOFA ARE PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL.
ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME ARE PROVIDED SO YOU CAN TRULY RELAX, EXPLORE AND ENJOY OUR KAUAI.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Rental fees for reservations are due at the time of booking
REFUNDS:
No refund of a paid reservation will be made unless a cancellation request is made at least 90 days prior to the date on which the reservation begins. Money will be refunded with less than 90 days notification only when the unit is re-rented.
DAMAGE:
Charges to your credit card will be made for any broken or missing items and for any damages to furnishing and equipment. A charge will also be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out.

The condo, its decor, and location have made our month's stay truly remarkable. Having a computer available to guests is a wonderful addition. It helped us stay connected with family and friends. This ideal location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We are excited to be coming back next year. We have recommended this property to many of our friends and family. My family's stay at the Private Yoli Suite was really perfect. All of the photos and prior traveler's comments were accurate. And the owner was helpful and extremely accommodating regarding our trip. I would definitely return. The place was convenient, clean, and well maintained. The only possible negative was that the flowers and champagne as posted in the Advertisement were not in the apartment. All in all, that minor factor didn't affect our stay and it was truly an amazing experience.

We were 2 couples traveling for 2 weeks, visiting Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. We stayed at the Hale Plantation A-4 for 4 nights in October, and we all agreed that this was the best place out of the three islands! We were a little nervous at first, since this is our first time booking via VRBO, but everything went smoothly. Check-In was quick, parking lot was close to the suite, unit was CLEAN, and the suite itself was exactly how the photos depicted it. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have a computer in the room! The location was fantastic because it was central to the North & West, and had lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We had a fantastic time in Kauai and will definitely return to the Hale Plantation! Thanks Surender, Chloe & Friends

Surender, My wife and I had a fabulous time on Kauai. We would not hesitate in coming back to stay in your lovely place. It was extremely clean, perfect amount of space for two, dvd for late night viewing, as well as a computer to stay connected to the world. Hello Surender, It was wonderful spending 5 weeks at your lovely condo. As someone who has stayed there three years in a row, I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to many of the sites and amenities that this beautiful island has to offer. You are a wonderful host! The upgrade to the bedroom closet is beautiful. You have excellent taste. The fresh flowers are always a classy touch when first arriving. I can hardly wait to go back next year for 7 weeks. It's like going home!

This suite is conveniently located to all the sites. The unit is superbly decorated, spotless, lots of extra upgrades included. Very lovely... we highly recommend renting from Mondial Properties as the customer service is outstanding!
