  The condo, its decor, and location have made our month's stay truly remarkable. Having a computer available to guests is a wonderful addition. It helped us stay connected with family and friends. This ideal location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We are excited to be coming back next year. We have recommended this property to many of our friends and family. • Good option for a budget stay

  This is our first time in Kauai. We found Surender very quick responding to emails and enjoyed the complimentary champagne. The suite was comfortable for the 3 of us and the kitchen was very convenient as we mostly cooked rather than eat out. Location was right beside the Coconut marketplace so we had quick access to Safeway, Foodland and lots of other stores. The farmer's market on Tuesday and thursdays is also just outside our door. Big plus for us. Downside was that because of its location, it's very noisy with cars on the highway. Starting very early (6 7 am) there are trucks/cars zooming by. However, if you leave the ac/fan on a little bit, the drone pretty much blocks out the noise. Another downside was that the Plantation Hale office is only in charge of giving you the keys and thats it. We ran out of toilet paper, and they said it's not their responsibility to restock them. We had to go and buy some ourselves... For a 8 night stay, I would think the toilet paper stock in the suite should be more than just 2~3 rolls. The hot plate is also a little bit tilted and was hard to cook as your pot would slant to one side. The place is not the newest, but it's very convenient and a good price.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Owner response: Aloha, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the inconvenience of having to have gone out to buy toilet paper and having the stove burner plate tilted. Indeed we are independent from the resort as we do not go thru their rental pool. We normally leave 2-3 rolls of TP under the Bath sink ( which you noticed) and leave a whole pack in the bedroom closet to the right side at the bottom under the shelves. My apologies if our janitorial co overlooked leaving the extra pack there. We did notice the plates on the stove being out of position so we have already remedied the situation by installing new plates w grooves in them so as not to pop out of position. We take pride in providing a beautiful suite to our guests and have had a near spotless record since we have offered our suite to guests since 2004. As a token of our appreciation and regret for the inconvenience, if you wish to return in the future, we would be more than willing to comp you a free night with any stay you may book should you decide to return to our suite.   My family's stay at the Private Yoli Suite was really perfect. All of the photos and prior traveler's comments were accurate. And the owner was helpful and extremely accommodating regarding our trip. I would definitely return. The place was convenient, clean, and well maintained. The only possible negative was that the flowers and champagne as posted in the Advertisement were not in the apartment. All in all, that minor factor didn't affect our stay and it was truly an amazing experience.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We were 2 couples traveling for 2 weeks, visiting Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. We stayed at the Hale Plantation A-4 for 4 nights in October, and we all agreed that this was the best place out of the three islands! We were a little nervous at first, since this is our first time booking via VRBO, but everything went smoothly. Check-In was quick, parking lot was close to the suite, unit was CLEAN, and the suite itself was exactly how the photos depicted it. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have a computer in the room! The location was fantastic because it was central to the North & West, and had lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We had a fantastic time in Kauai and will definitely return to the Hale Plantation! Thanks Surender, Chloe & Friends

  Surender, My wife and I had a fabulous time on Kauai. We would not hesitate in coming back to stay in your lovely place. It was extremely clean, perfect amount of space for two, dvd for late night viewing, as well as a computer to stay connected to the world. I would also like to point out that your location is centered perfectly for complete island travel. VERY recommended. Thanks again, Mark & Teri Caputo

  Hello Surender, It was wonderful spending 5 weeks at your lovely condo. As someone who has stayed there three years in a row, I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to many of the sites and amenities that this beautiful island has to offer. You are a wonderful host! The upgrade to the bedroom closet is beautiful. You have excellent taste. The fresh flowers are always a classy touch when first arriving. I can hardly wait to go back next year for 7 weeks. It's like going home!

  Hello Surender, Thank you so much for letting me stay in your condo. The condo was perfect! It was clean and the kitchen was set up well allowing me to cook in the condo if I choose to.   This suite is conveniently located to all the sites. The unit is superbly decorated, spotless, lots of extra upgrades included. Very lovely... we highly recommend renting from Mondial Properties as the customer service is outstanding!
