The complete package is what we are offering. Enjoy Sun City West to it's fullest no matter what you enjoy or want to do Life is short (especially if you are over 55) so live it to the fullest.
Our bedrooms (both) have king size beds with nice decorator comforters on them along with comfortable mattresses. Nice but simple decor for your enjoyment.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need, just like your home. Micro, icemaker, dishwasher and much more.
House has two living areas; one a living room dining combination plus a Arizona room next to kitchen overlooking the back yard.
The master bath has larger shower with glass sliding door. The second bath has nice bath tub.
the back yard is open (no fence) and large. We like to watch the abundant willdlife that flys and runs around looking for food and shelter.
The garage is two car attached
