This one bedroom first floor flat is located within a Georgian tenement on William Street. It is situated to the rear of the building, so it is exceptionally quiet.
Internally the flat has been completely redecorated and offers a double bedroom, sitting room with dining area, modern kitchen and bathroom.
The large sitting room contains a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair and TV with DVD player.
In the bedroom, there is a double bed together with a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and walk-in wardrobe. There is also a digital click radio with an iPod/iPhone dock.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity, and free parking is approximately a mile away.
Being located in the city centre, the flat is easily accessible via bus or train. There is a stop for the airport bus approximately 300m away on Shandwick Place, and the two railway stations are each within a ten or fifteen minute walk.
