Amazing Location and Beach is Outstanding. Condo is very clean and comfortable. View from condo is amazing. Beach is crystal clear and sand is pure white. Great shopping and restaurants within walk in distance. Consider this your next stop for vacation. you won't regret it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The building location and views are the best, cross a narrow street and enter into MoBay beach. The beaches are beautiful, calm waters with good food and drinks available right there. Its a perfect place if you want to experience the local jamaica life and want to venture out everyday to new restaurants. the house is in good shape, like the building is a bit dated but is clean and the beds are very comfortable. the convenience store at the bottom of the apartment id very convenient and great for tit bits. WOuld definately recommend this place if you are ok living without room service and house keeping on a daily basis.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Once I realized I hadn't paid for a 5 star hotel, I could enjoy the spacious condo and beautiful views. We enjoyed the balcony so much I don't think we ever sat in the living room. The condo was clean and enough towels provided. Dr. Caves beach is fantastic as is the bar and restaurant associated with it. We met some lovely couples at the condo also. I am already talking to the owner of this condo about renting again. I couldn't have asked for anything more.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I've been to JA multiple times and this condo is by far my favourite place to stay. The condo is very well keeped, extremely clean and located close to all amenities. But the best thing about this condo are the views ... amazing. This place is a MUST stay. We have just currently returned from our 4th stay in unit 904. This unit is beautiful and does not compare to any others in the building. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone. The sunset is even better than the picture they have posted. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sun go down - really who could ask for anything more? This unit is close to EVERYTHING from beaches to grocery stores restaurants and bars you name it they got it. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcome. Since our first stay the owner has made some beautiful upgrades and continues to impress us everytime. I say this is a don't miss out opportunity!!!! Book it now and remember 1 week is NEVER enough:)Owner response: Thanks so much for the very Positive posting !! My Condos have been booked plenty and I appreciate your comments. The photos should say it all but new guests still like to hear from those having experienced a stay ! I appreciate your loyalty and value it since I know you and yours have been to Jamaica many many trips and have stayed in many places prior to linking with me - therefore your comments have a real value to me ! I personally was in MoBay from September 15th to December 15th, 2011 and worked on the condos . Leslie and I usually go and stay 4 months from January to May each year - enjoying the beautiful balcony views, the fantastic beach each day , and Cinnamon Hill golfing and yes the Jamaica food . As you know we both despise cold weather but because of serious family illnesses , we have had to skip Jamaica so far this year and do hospice care here in Virginia. We really miss Jamaica and hope to soon come - Our suitcases are packed ! Tx again, henry

A Friend and I have stayed in this suite on several occasions. The owners do a fantastic job keeing the unit clean and up to date. They have always made us feel welcome, which brings us back over and over again. The view from 904 is unbelievable, I cant descirbe it you would have to see it for yourself. Everything from the beach to the grocery store is either walking distance or 5 mins down the road. Everyone is very friendly in Montego bay and getting around from this location is very easy. I highly recommend most of the restaurants in the area. Dont' forget to visit Cornwall beach it is quiet and the service is fantastic. You can also enjoy a Catamaran trip any day of the week. The famous Margaritaville is 5 mins walking distance. I would recommend staying here to anyone. We are never dissappointed!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: I am retired and from Richmond, Virginia USA; I fell in love with Montego Bay and Doctors Cave Beach in 1973 and have more than 150 trips to MoBay and spend Four to Six months each year in MoBay golfing , swimming, and touring !
