A quiet owner occupied attached Villa is on your north.
Only 1000 steps east will take you to the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and our beautiful semi private beach. Early risers greet the day with a large variety of shore birds watching a glorious sunrise. Take a invigerating walk, collect shells, fish or just reflect. Your exciting island vacation has just begun.
The gated community of Beach Woods with nightly security service, welcomes you to enjoy a swim in our two heated pools or exercise in a fully equipt faciliy with sauna. If tennis is your game we have three lighted courts, hand ball, bocce ball, horse shoes and a childrens play ground.
Vacationing on the River will prove to be a memorable experience. Dolphines play litterly in your back yard. Bird life abounds and we have a new 500 foot dock 500 steps from your front door. You have your choice of viewing breathtaking sunsets from either 1 of the two covered decks at the Villa or stroll down to the dock and toast the days end with new found friends.
Have you ever watched a loggerhead turtle lay 100 eggs? May through October the lights are dimmed on the beaches in honor of this event. It is truly amazing. And from this same beach you can watch and hear a liftoff of a space craft scheduled from time to time.
So my contented traveler, much to do and see without leaving your safe and secure Villa. But if you must, a map will prove that you are just 90 miles (day trip) from Orlando where Disney, Sea World and Universal Parks are located. I am a Florida Native and have lived in this area since 1956. I have watched the changes in our costal living and I can honestly say that Melboune Beach is unique in that we have fairly strict building codes. That is one reason there are few high rises and much less conjestion in Melbourne Beach. It is often said to be the last and the best of Florida. I hope you will let me share it with you and yours.

First the three bedroom villa is beautiful. Filled with smartly appointed furniture and user friendly. Comfortable beds and bedding. Now the best thing is location The view out every window is breathtaking. Sunsets everynight a vacationers. dream. About Beachwoods It has two pools, gym, tennis, handball, basketball The beach is 5 minute walk. My husband amd I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner quickly responded and fixed any small problem we found. The people in the development were warm and friendly. Each day we enjoyed our morning coffee in the glass enclosed room facing the river where we watched the diving pelicans, swooping hawks and swimming porposes. Every evening we enjoyed the sunsets over the river. The art and furninhings added to the enjoyment of our stay. I would only recommend this villa to anyone who would take pleasure in the art and furnishings and who could navigate its several levels. Because of the glass and art work I would not recommend it for families with young children or pets.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
Owner response: Our immediate attention to a leaking master bath facet was solved with a bran new one being installed. Yes, the villa does lend itself to adult occupancy do to the upstairs and sunken living area. This gracious and honest review is much appreciated. A bran new Frontgate outdoor table and chairs now adds to the enjoyment of the riverview.

Well appointed house with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. Décor is terrific and colorful. Wonderful equipped Kitchen. Enjoyed sun and dolphin watching from balconies. Beautiful quiet location. Very helpful and friendly owner. Hated to leave!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
