This house was really nice! This was our first time to use VRBO and had a few apprehensive feelings about what to expect, but this has turned out to be a great experience. We were only here for a long weekend, and I hope on our next trip we will get to stay alot longer. The tram is very nice for transport around the facility, but we used the golf cart the most during our stay. The kitchen is very nicely stocked will all the convinces, just bring your favorite foods and snacks. The downstairs bathroom opens to the porch and is a great place to get the kids clean fast without having to go through the house! The master bathroom shower is very nice and was a nice surprise! Thank you again!!!

The location is great, and the golf cart is an added bonus! Very close to the beach and baytowne. The golf cart makes it so easy to get around, we almost never had to use the car. The place was very clean and updated. I would highly reccomend and would definately stay again if we returned to sandestin.

Our 10 day stay at this property was a wonderful memory for our family. The decor was beautiful without sacrificing the comfortable feel, the bed sheets were soooo very soft. Loved the beautiful bathrooms and the back porch that looked right out on to the golf course. Views all around made me feel like I was visiting heaven, so peacful and beautiful everywhere you looked. Enjoyed using the tram and leaving the driving after a long trip down from Kentucky. Visited two of the restaurants in the Village, Oyster House and Another Broken Egg several times for good food. My greatest find was the candy shop (Chocolate lovers beware)...This owner couldnt have been more accomodating. This was truely a relaxing resort if you decided to just enjoy the townhouse but if you needed something to do there were many places to visit. I enjoyed the Marina and the Village as much as the beach. Hope to go back again another time. You couldn't find nicer folks to rent from anywhere in my opinion.
