A perfect beach headquarters, this condo is just next to the resort’s private beach entrance (a lovely wooden-slatted boardwalk) for maximum time on the sand. As a second-floor condo, it’s easy make quick departures down the near stairs without needing to wait for the elevator. Impatient kids, worried they might miss seeing a dolphin, will love this access.

Between the living area and open-plan kitchen, a spacious dining table. Whether you eat here or use it as a convenient place to use your laptop and the included wireless Internet, you’ll find the upholstered chairs in bamboo frames tropically charming.
A kitchen breakfast bar faces into the kitchen, where new finishings positively gleam. Never miss your home comforts - all appliances are available, cookware is provided and a nearby Publix supermarket eliminates the need to dine out (if you so choose). Of course, the area has more than its share of great restaurants when the occasion calls.
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. A master suite has a divine pillow-top king bed. Beyond ocean views, a TV and DVD player are available too. The master bedroom has its own en suite and HDTV, while the two guest bedrooms share a full bath. A neutral queen bedroom will suite every guest’s taste and has a HDTV and, in the third bedroom, are two twins. This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 623 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida. This is building 6, second floor of a sixth floor building. We also manage condos 632, 633, 634 (3rd floor) in the same building.
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual 'zero' slope entrance for kids, a water 'splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
