Call everyone you know and love - our Nautilus beach house is beachfront and it sleeps sixteen. The perfect answer to your next large gathering or family reunion - this updated Beach Front home located near Flagler Beach checks every criteria you might have.
With direct ocean access via your private staircase, cheerful wooden decking surrounds a large patio, perfect for memorable BBQs and parties. The beach is your backyard and you can come and go as you please. For such a large group, flexibily is important and the house functions very well.
The house receives full sun and the only shadows cast are those of surrounding palm trees. Painted in light blue and white, our Nautilus beach house makes a picture-perfect contrast against the bright blues of the ocean and sky. You’ll be able to spot home from miles down the beach as you search for shells or take a late evening stroll.
The open living room stands ready for a large group to adapt it to their specific needs with a brand new LCD HDTV. The room’s prime feature are windows with perfect ocean views.
Within this large room is an informal area where high-backed chairs and tables invite guests to lean back during card games or lively discussions through the wee hours. A ladder access transports guests to a large loft that sleeps up to three - sure to be a hit with kids or young adults. A ceiling fans cools both areas.
Overlooking the ocean, guests will love the convenience of a full kitchen with all appliances including an oven, stove, microwave and toaster oven.
The large master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has vaulted ceilings and its own balcony access via sliding door, where the ocean view is all yours. A king-sized bed, a queen bed, and a crib and sleeps up to 4.
Also upstairs are bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom #2 has a queen and 2 twin beds and sleeps 4. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, a single and a rollaway bed and sleeps 4.
On the 2nd floor, bedrooms 4 provides plenty of space and privacy with queen and double bed configurations and sleeps 4.
Key to harmonious living are choices. A loft are includes 2 singles and 2 trundles and sleeps up to 4. A sitting area includes 3 futons and can sleep another 3. The basement also has a double bed.

You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
