Enjoy a very spacious condo inside and out. On the balcony, find gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views that seem to extend forever. While the entire condo is very open and welcoming, you’ll quite likely spend much of your time on the balcony. Table and chairs allow you to eat outside, too!
Inside, there’s a large, open-plan communal area made up of a kitchen, dining room and living area. The latter two are carpeted, giving you and your family the choice to stretch out on the floor or to relax on the long, cushioned sofa or in one of two cozy armchairs.
An entertainment unit is opposite, where the TV boasts a choice of 250 cable channels! Alternatively crash out on the couch with your laptop and enjoy the free wireless Internet. This condo also offers its guests use of the great long distance plan: it’s free to call anywhere in the U.S. and Canada - for as long as you like!
Whether for snacks or full meals, you have two more dining locations to choose from: there’s a dining table with six chairs, and an adjacent breakfast bar, too.
This unit has three bedrooms: a king bed in the master suite and a queen and two extra-long twins in the guest bedrooms. Every room has its own TV. You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
