This three bedroom penthouse condominium offers all of the comforts of home in a luxurious Caribbean setting. The Aquatika complex offers guests a wide range of vacation pursuits. The unit was great like the fact that all the bedrooms had tv it was a big thing exp, with kids. The pools are great this is our 2nd time in Aquatika and we love it one of the best security's around so you would always feel safe my kids had a blast on the property with all the pools and great guest in the area everyone is very nice and friendly lots of kids so my kids always had other kids to play with. This unit has everything and I mean everything you need for a fantastic vacation in Puerto Rico. We stayed here for almost ten days with our four children ages 21, 10, 8, and 2 and we all enjoyed its amenities. The only thing you need to do is make a quick stop for groceries if you plan to cook in its fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and most important the beds were comfortable for everyone. Aquatika is an awesome place to relax and enjoy the pools and proximity to the beach and other locations in Puerto Rico. Many units are rented here but trust me...without a doubt Carlos' unit and quotes are the best! After horrible flight delays our arrival to this fabulous penthouse made it all go away. Carlos was flexible and attentive to our needs. It was being in paradise with a home feeling twist to it. We just spent spring break at this penthouse and it was amazing! It was very clean, spacious, had all the basic necessities, plus cable tv with movie channels, wifi, games, was great. We had 3 teenagers so the tv's in every room was great because they were all able to watch their own favorite shows. The cable box in one of the rooms was not working but no big deal because there was a tv in the living room and another one up stairs. The pool table was also a great hit with the teenagers as well as the game table with chess and backgammon. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking and grilling, which we did a lot of. The grocery store was a very short drive and there was a little convenience store just outside the complex. This complex is great with numerous pools, great security, a clubhouse, and a nice beach. There were quite a few people out on the weekend but during the week we pretty much had the place to ourselves! Carlos had a cart with a couple of chairs that was great for hauling beach towels and stuff down to the beach. He also had a small cooler with wheels for us to use. The apartment was such a wonderful comfortable place to come home to after a long day of exploring the wonders of beautiful Puerto Rico. Carlos was extremely helpful and available all the time. He met us at the car rental place and lead us to the apartment with a quick stop at the grocery store on the way. He gave us a tour of the apartment and left a paper with directions to things and info on how to log onto the wifi. We had a small problem with the hot water and called him. He answered immediately and helped us fix the problem (the breaker was off). We liked the location, only a short drive to San Juan or Fajardo, the rainforest was nearby as well as beaches. We had a great time. The condo was exquisite. It was very clean upon our arrival and the property was extremely well maintained- some of the best landscaping on the whole island. We traveled all over the island site seeing and visiting family so the location was easy to travel to and from. Carlos was extremely hospitable- he met us at the airport and provided great instructions for use of internet and beach access. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. This is actually the 2nd time we stayed in Aquatika, last time we had rented 6 different condos for our whole wedding party. Everyone loved it!Owner response: thank you. come back soon
