Third house from a private beach serving a lovely double lane with a total of only seven homes…no need to cross the boulevard or compete with traffic to get to the beach…just 100 yards away. Second floor unit with private entrance, well-lit stairs, loads of parking, and close to nearby Surf City and all of necessary commercial establishments…food and meat markets, restaurants, ice cream vendors, bakeries, drug stores, miniature golf, ATMs, beauty shops, etc. The unit, designed to sleep six, features three bedrooms – master with queen-size bed and TV, and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each; 1 1/2 bathrooms, living area with HDTV, comfortable dining area and modern kitchen, which was completely updated, including granite counter-tops.
Other amenities include electric smooth top range, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fully stocked kitchen, including all normal small appliances. Owner provides six beach badges.
Ocean is in view from a large ocean-side wrap-around deck, which has a gas grille, table and chairs for outside dining, plus chaise lounges for relaxing and getting the rays. There is a protected ground level area for storage of beach and fishing equipment and covered parking for one car. This entire attractive home was completely rebuilt in 2000. Unit is equipped with central A/C and electric heat for shoulder and winter seasons. All mattress and pillow covers are changed with each new tenant. Tenants must provide their own linens and towels. Outside shower is available for use when returning from the beach.
Area is very safe and secure, with a guarded beautiful beach. Walking, jogging, biking, surfing, sailing and surf fishing opportunities are at your fingertips. Nearby Beach Haven features the Surflight theater, which presents top-flight performances with well-known personalities. We are located in North Beach, a residential community two miles from the causeway and just six miles from the north end of LBI and quaint Barnegat Light.
Take a trip to Atlantic City, which is only an hour away, and Smithville Village, with its restaurants and boutique shopping is on the way.
We offer winter rental - October thru May.. This unit has been regularly rented for winter use. Rate $950 per month, plus utilities.
ALL rentals must be accompanied by a $500 security deposit, which will be promptly returned if no damage has occurred.

About the owner: Owners are an active retired couple who occupy the first floor for five months of the year. Only an hour and a half away at other times. Owners ensure that the property is always in tip-top shape for its tenants.

We visited LBI for the first time in 1999 and purchased our property later that same year.
