  Wow! What a wonderful week we had at your garden condo! The listing photos were accurate and were perfect! The property was very clean and well maintained! I loved the decor and upgrades you have made to the condo! Rita, the owner, was awesome to work with and answered all my questions! I would highly recommend this condo o friends and family! The location was perfect! The walk to the beach was easy! I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! The staff at Jamaica royale were very nice to work with at check in! I look forward to renting again from you in the near future! Thanks Rita!

Having rented privately owned condo's for past vacations, I can honestly say that this one had everything we wanted. It felt like it was recently remodeled, definitely clean, and had all the amenities of home. The property is great because it has a pool if you don't feel like going to the beach, but I don't see how the pool gets much traffic because the beach is so wonderful. The sand felt like you were walking on powdered sugar it was so soft - never experienced anything like it - even in the Caribbean. The downtown area is just a couple minutes by car and there is a great Japanese (Benihana-Style) restaurant to eat at, not to mention the Big Olaf for delicious ice cream. All in all if you are looking for a comfortable condo rental with lots to do in the area, you can't go wrong here. Recommended for: Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

  5 Stars!! Our family loves visiting the Siesta Key area and this condo makes it that much more enjoyable. The size is perfect, furniture is comfortable and has everything we could ever need to make this place "home" during our visit. This unit was clean and was exactly as it was pictured in the listing. We loved the pool being so close, as our children are water-bugs when it comes to warm weather. The beach is beautiful and so peaceful. We've never experienced a beach like this one. Water feels like bath water, sand is so soft on your feet, and it isn't crowded at all. We like to cook as much as we can when we're on vacation, so the fully stocked kitchen made that easy for us. However, when we did venture out for a meal, we love the cheeseburgers at Cheeburger Cheeburger. Big Olaf's is a wonderful place for ice cream and the shops around it are very charming. We cannot wait for our next trip to Siesta Key, and this condo unit will definitely be the place we stay.
